Great stay over stop off of 70 with full hookups! Level, safe, and quiet! We've stayed twice, both great experiences.

Right off I-70, Genoa RV Park is a PRECIOUS JEWEL in the middle of beautiful Colorado OPEN SPACES! The owner, Hayden, runs the yummy GENOA CAFE which is right in the park. He is very helpful, friendly, accommodating & makes sure he takes care of his tenants, be it short term for a night or a few weeks or long term. The park is SAFE, CLEAN with FULL-SERVICE HOOK-UPS with Lighted Stands. The cafe is a yummy place to get a delicious hot meal in the area, the onion rings are a MUST! Cafe has an ATM & it will also have a bar soon! Very close to up & coming Deer Trail & other large communities like Strasburg but far away enough away from the Denver hustle & bustle. An awesome place to spend a short time or a long time & enjoy the fun little park or just enjoy the many beautiful views of the surrounding, peaceful & gorgeous area! Highly recommend! read more

Hayden makes this place a good stop. He is also the Cafe owner and delivers. Don't pass up the fries. No tipping, owner's discretion. All sights are pull-through on gravel. With full hook-ups. Nice Memorial park across the way. No shade, no amenities but there is a bathroom. It was pretty windy the night we were there but what can you expect at the highest elevation between Denver and Kansas City. Don't forget to see the tower. Population 169 it's a dying ghost town so stop by and stimulate the economy. read more

This park allows you to unwind. Take a moment to breathe and relax. Children will have a blast at the park. Dogs are always welcome with open arms. The owners are hands down the nicest RV park folks we've ever met. There's an outdoor shower, laundry room, playground, clean toilets, a little cafe, a game room, full hook-ups. This place genuinely fits the needs of every traveler. The owners, especially Hayden, are down to earth, sincere, and would give the shirt off there back to any Veteran that pulls up to the park. We have been blown away by the service and kindness we have been shown. read more

The RV Park itself is your average RV Park but the customer service is outstanding. The brothers will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and that you have everything you need. We booked our stay ahead as a full time RV family and were able to bombard them with an amazon order as well as our daughters birthday presents from family. We were notified when our packages arrived and they delivered them to our site. There was lots of room to let the kids play and walk the dog. There was a park across the road that the kids enjoyed. The only reason I did not give five stars was the mud. We rolled in after a few days of thunderstorms slamming the area, it would have been nice if there had been a Little more gavel and a little less mud otherwise a great place to stay in Eastern CO! read more

We were boondocking out on the plains and needed a place to dump and get water. We found Genoa RV park and called. Hayden was so gracious and awesome! We got a little turned around ( thanks Google maps) so he found us and showed us where to go in his golf cart. He's working hard to make a great little stop over between Kansas & Denver..be sure to stop in on your way through. You won't find a nicer host!!! This place looks nothing like the pictures. There were 3 couples who paid for a spot but did not stay once we got there. Please know we are not that picky. I would have rather stayed at a Walmart parking lot than this place. Avoid. read more

While driving to Ohio on I 70 we decided to stop for the night in Genoa. We didn't call for reservations as it was one of those instant decisions and the first person we saw when we pulled in was Hayden. He was so friendly and just nice, we didn't even ask how much he was going to charge, we just felt comfortable and wanted to stay. He only charged us $38 and for $11 more he delivered the best pulled pork sandwich, fries and coleslaw I have ever had. He even brought me a bag of ice for my cooler. If you are traveling on the 70 in Colorado and need hookups I highly recommend stopping by to see Hayden at Genoa RV Park, great food and quiet, clean RV spaces. This is a beautiful, quiet, peaceful spot on the eastern plains of Colorado, with big-sky views in every direction. A perfect place to park, camp, contemplate, sleep--and feel secure. Better yet, the owner and operator, Hayden Lamb, is the definition of a Good Samaritan. Appreciate the man who runs this that he answered his phone last night.. got caught riding late and no place to stop to sleep ... he answered told me how to get there and even came got us when I got us lost in town to direct us to a site for the night.. would always stop here again... had all you needed and then some!! Great location to stop off the highway on a long road trip! The owner, Hayden, was friendly, welcoming, and a great source for local history and a great friendly chat! We greatly enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night. Prices were low compared to all other surrounding campsites and well worth it. 10/10 would stop again. read more

My husband and I were tired and wanted a quiet place to stay. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open when we stopped, but Hayden was very helpful. He brought us some bread and ice. He even offered us food from his freezer. The place is still being developed. I'm sure it's going to be very nice when it's finished. You can't ask for better hosts. read more

Great RV Park! We stopped over for the night here. Hayden was so friendly and helpful! Called day of for a spot with a 40ft pulling a Jeep and a fifth wheel. He was able to put us next to each other. Full hook ups. There is a park across the street with swings, a slide and a basketball court. Definitely would recommend this site. read more

Our experience could not have been more positive. We were driving across country in our truck bed camper, and called the owner Hayden last minute. He kindly accommodated us, and could not have been nicer. He stayed up late to show us where to plug in, let us use the cafe's bathroom, and even offered us the leftovers from a fish fry they had earlier. I would highly recommend staying here, and the next time we are driving through, we will definitely stay here again!! read more
