Sadly this location had an unbearable odor in the building that prevented me from completing the paperwork inside. The odor inflamed my lungs and my asthma to the point of wheezing, nausea and headache. I immediately called TrailersPlus customer service line about this. I was denied a direct number or the name for the regional manager, but was promised a return phone call. I never received that call. Aside from the breathing issues, I'm unhappy with the $55 labor charge that was added to the final invoice. This is for "hitching my trailer up". I purchased a trailer 11/18/2023, picked up 11/21/2023, to haul a side by side 4 wheeler, on my 2 trip back using the trailer from the country all the trailer lights went out. i used the trailer on Dec. 26 after about 200 miles i stopped for fuel and checked the trailer, open inspection the spare tire support started to break off the frame. i had to break the spare tire and put in in the bed of my truck. I traveled about another 300 miles and close to my destination my trailer lights went out again. i inspected the trailer and noticed the leaf springs where a lower quality, the wiring was run between the axle and frame and when the trailer bottomed out it cut the trailer wiring. Their customer service is the worst only one person in that whole entire company that supposedly can help one person all the waiting on is a check a refund it's been well over 14 days and we're talking 14 business days but no one not a person and I'm just waiting on this one person to reply because again no one else can help there is no number to corporate. No number to account no number to anything else you call one number you reach the same person and you can only ask for that one person in your city so yeah or service ever. read more

DO NOT come here for your vehicle/towing/trailer/RV needs! I first called in to confirm if a number of accessories I had purchased for my vehicle and was met with very very poor service and a blatant lack of enthusiasm. Since this place claims to have some of the best work in my area I went and took it reluctantly. When I arrived it took 30 minutes to gets someones attention and it seemed like no one in the whole building could remember making an appointment for me. I talked to a 'John' and he was very very rude and dismissive of me and my questions concerning this. While they said they couldn't get to me that day(which isn't a big deal) they said they would look at what I had and give me an estimate. What was told to me over the phone was DRASTICALLY less than what John was asking. After I paid for the install, almost NOTHING was working right and what was working was doing so intermittently and inconsistently, They charged me EVEN MORE than what was estimated to me and would not listen to any argument on the system not working. not even sure how these people are still in business read more

Beware!!! Do not buy from this place. I came in on a trailer they said they had but they didnt. They tried to upsell me to a bigger trailer. Then they tried to sell me a more expensive trailer. I went to Fort Worth location and bought the trailer I wanted for a lower price. But it doesnt end with that. 7 months after buying the neck snapped in half. They said they would repair in 2 days and they where going to reinforce it. Well 2 days passed so I called and was told it would be 2 weeks. Then I get a call saying they cant repair it so they need to replace neck and it would take another week. Well finally got my trailer back after 4 weeks they sent me on my way without my adapter for the trailer lights cause they lost it so I drove 3 miles without lights so I could stop and buy an adapter so lights worked. They said they were going to replace my spare but guess what they didnt so now I have no spare tire. This place is a joke and the trailers are junk and second rate. Do not waist your money spend a few dollars more and buy from professionals that dont make 2 and rate trailers and know what they are doing. What little money I saved has cost me double in downtime. Never again will I deal with this place or Matt the manager who has no clue what he is doing and makes promises he knows nothing about and does not follow through!!! read more

Bought the trailer for $1000 more than other similar ones we had seen because it was supposed to be superior quality and had better features. 2 weeks later we take it to get the inspection sticker ourselves as Trailers Plus does not inspect their own trailers. Inspection failed because a light was not functioning and we discovered a large leak inside right next to the sign on the trailer that says "Our trailers do not leak PERIOD". We have pictures to prove this. So ironic we can't make this up. We called Trailers Plus to get it fixed as we had barely had the trailer 2 weeks and it had never been used or moved from the spot where it was parked. They told us we would have to make an appointment but the soonest they had was over a week out. We own a small but very busy business and it would cost us time and money to take the trailer all the way back to Trailers Plus (about an hour each way) as we would have to pull one of our guys from a job to take it. So we are having to fix the trailer ourselves. Trailers Plus has poor and uncooperative customer service and their trailers are obviously of inferior and shoddy quality. It is also very questionable why they would not have their own merchandise inspected before selling it to their customers. Would not recommend to anyone in the market for a trailer. I purchased an enclosed car hauler with side door. Side door was not wide enough to open car doors once inside so I had an extended door put on that cost me an additional 1400.00. I've already had to replace 2 tires that blew up during transport (I purchased the trailer in January of 2016). When I went back to the shop, they told me tire not under warranty.
