I have been looking for a bike since September. I first met Martin, a superb young man that was incredibly gracious & patient with me helping to decide what I actually needed. I stopped by a couple times when I was in Columbia (I live almost an hour away) & usually spoke with him but on occasion did speak with other reps that were just as gracious. This past Saturday I stopped in & was assisted by Laura. She, like Martin, was enjoyable to be around. The people in this shop treat everyone like family, like you belong there with them. Laura was awesome & spent a lot of time with me making sure I was confident in my investment & that I would be departing with no questions or concerns. I cannot say enough about her. I had a great experience & cannot recommend them enough. Not only to customers, but other business owners as well. You want your customers to feel like me & countless others? I handed her the part I had in my hand and asked if they had one. She took it to the back and asked somebody who immediately said "Nope" in a loud voice. He walked out front with another bike he was working on and aggressively told me manufactures don't make aftermarket parts like the one I was asking about. He continued talking in a loud tone and offered no advice or help in any way. I even, reluctantly, asked if he had any ideas and he repeated the same statement. I was extremely agitated and said "man you're not very helpful". He looked at me and said for a third time manufacturers don't make aftermarket parts. I just said ok, turned around and walked out. I don't know what this guy's problem was and if he's treated other customers the way he did me it's a wonder this place is still in business. I will NEVER visit this place again!
