Franks was the first place I called. I spoke with Wayne who was kind enough yo check they had my tires in stock, confirmed some specs with me, and set me up with an appointment. He estimated a price and when I cashed put, it was less than the estimate. Great! By the time I got there, they were ready. I had a reasonable wait and all in all was out in one hour 15 minutes. The young guy who replaced my tires was as polite as could be He checked my other tires and reassured me that they were in good condition. Thank you all!!!

So, first thought good ole Wal Mart should be pretty quick to get in and out right~No. They were all still at lunch at 2:00. So we head around the corner to the "intimidating" Big Tire Store afraid of what we'd find. Let me tell you, we were so happy to find the most caring staff that took care of our issue QUICKLY and got us back on the road SAFELY to be with our family in time. 2 things, 1-if they were closer to home they would be my regular tire shop, 2-if my regular tire shop at home ever fails me I'll be driving to Orangeburg for their services. A good tire shop with good service is very hard to find. To find it in an Emergency situation is practically unheard of!

We broke down with our RV on I26. No one would come out to work on it or had an interest in it…read morebeing towed to their shop. Kelvin sent out Eddie to take a look at 4 pm. It took him 10 minutes to figure out the problem. AC compressor and broken serpentine belt. 20 minutes later he had the parts off and went to get replacements. Unfortunately it is a 1999 and the parts had to come from the ford dealership in Columbia. I did take two days to come in due to us breaking down so late in the day. Kelvin had his daughter pick it up at 4:30 and drive it to the shop. Eddie said he would be there to put it in. I was worried at 9PM when he wasn't there but figured he would come in the morning. At 10pm he showed up after his service call on 95 and put the rig back together in about 45 minutes. The only reason I can do 5 stars is the cost was more than I thought it would be. $1250 was steep however the work was done at the Exxon station we were broken down at so an up charge is expected. Eddie our mechanic was knowledgeable, personable and had integrity. He gave me his personal cell and answered lol of my cell phone calls over the two days to assure me he would take care of the repair and he did exactly what he did he would do.

I was also promised a receipt would be emailed to me, but as of this review, I still have not received it despite multiple requests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. The lack of follow-through, concerns about pricing, and the unsafe driving during the tow outweighed the one positive aspect, which was the quick tire change. After reading other customers' reviews and having this experience myself, I would choose a different provider in the future.

Job was finally completed after 2.5 hours, not a good experience at all. Noticed the next afternoon that I was missing a center cap from one of my wheels. Called local shop and was told it was nowhere to be seen. Had to call the national customer service which was a joke from the start trying to talk with someone. Their call back system is far from good, because when they do call back the call automatically drops. After FINALLY talking with someone to get the case started, continue to receive over 30 calls that immediately drop......... and they continue!!!!!!!!!!!!
