At around 5:45pm, I received a notification that someone from AllState Wrecking would arrive in 75…read moreminutes to tow my car, which would have been around 7:00pm. Tim called me around 6:00pm to let me know that he would be leaving soon to pick me up. A little before 7:00pm, he called again to tell me that he was about 20 minutes away. However, after 40 minutes, I called back, concerned that he couldn't find me. A woman answered the phone and said that they were still about 20 minutes away! They arrived at 8:13pm. However, when they arrived, they told me that they needed to leave and fill up their gas tank before they could tow my car. They finally picked me up a little after 8:30pm. There were two people in the cab. I sat in the passenger seat, feeling a little cramped. The woman sitting in the middle was sitting on my seat belt buckle, so I decided to just ride without my seat belt rather than making things awkward. They never apologized and instead complained about how much insurance companies pay for towing services (they told me up front they would only accept cash). On a positive note, they were reasonably priced and were kind enough to take me home after dropping off my car at the shop without any extra charge.

My glove department was broken doing a filter change and my window button was destroy. They only agree to fix my glove department because I link the issue to my filter. I paid 200.00 for a filters and in return they destroy my window button. The guy who did it lied and He was able to get away with destroying my car during oil change. Please do not take your new car here!!!!! They didn't fix glove department all the way see video. No stars!!!Check google for pics of window button. God see and knows it all. Please don't take your car who doesn't practice honesty from employees and would rather blame damage on customer.
