You order your food, sit down and they will bring it to you. I was watching and it seemed like they were forgetting parts of peoples orders quite frequently... we did not have this problem but our baskets did come out and different times, even though we ordered the same thing. If you're in a pinch, yes the food is fine. Honestly I would look for a place where your dollar goes further though or the quality is higher!

Food quality is still decent while the staff is friendly (but they often forget to check the order before delivery). They get the orders wrong almost half the time I go there. No one checks before delivering in the drive thru. Neither the manager or the owner cares. I have called them multiple times around getting the orders totally wrong (Southwest salad instead of Cobb salad, grilled chicken instead of spicy chicken, missing fries). I appreciate the owner giving younger workers the opportunity to work here but at this point, even the dumbest AI model would outperform these school kids.

We are willing to drive farther to get better service and a nicer experience which is what Claudia provided! Our family are HUGE Chick Fil A fans and we eat there at least 2 times a week! Even our sons 35 &38 eat at Chick Fil A a couple times a week! One in Castle Rock and one in Parker. They love when Mom and Dad give them Chick Fil A gift cards ha!!

I had received a gift card from a…read morefriend and was looking forward to using it towards my purchase today, however when I tried to use it they claimed it was never activated even though I showed them the receipt containing the authorization code and the gift card number on the receipt. The cashier was friendly but the manager on duty was not and only gave me a 1-800 # to call. He didn't offer any kind of help or discount towards my purchase due to the hassle. The card was purchased at a Chick Fil A location. Upon calling the number he gave me they then referred me to a different number only for gift card related issues and then was told I needed to try to get a replacement card online. To me this is very poor service and a bad reflection on the Company and location about not caring for a customer who used to frequent the establishment often but won't any longer after this type of treatment. The issue is still not resolved!
