Came by for my first taste of the holidays - the peppermint chip milkshake. Line was long at drive through but they came by to take our order. Scanned my rewards and my birthday treat was comped. Friendly service and the line went pretty quickly. They have the drive through door now and bring the order to your car instead of you leaning over. Convenient. read more

This establishment is an awesome Chick-fil-A! Hands down. The curbside service is quick and efficient. The food is way better than other Chick-fil-A establishments I have been to. The biscuits are golden brown the way they should be and the eggs tasted like eggs. I really like that they put your condiments in a plastic bag with your napkins. This way, you are not digging in your bag for them and not getting hot from your food. I am from the Springs and wished the location on 391 Spectrum loop in Colorado Springs followed some of your food practices for making biscuits/eggs and packaging condiments. read more

We love Chick-fil-A's diet lemonade. But this particular store is obviously cutting corners. Every time we've ordered their diet lemonade at this location, it doesn't taste the same as in other stores. They are selling an equivalent to Country Time lemonade drink mix. It has little to no natural lemon juice in it. No pulp, which all the other locations have. And diesny]t have that puckering fart flavor that can only come with lemons. I've asked them about it and they emphatically deny it. But we can assure you, we know the difference. They are pulling a fast one. read more

As Former Chick-fil-a worker and someone who visits this chain frequently I can safely say that this is one of the more solid CFA's in the Denver - Springs area. Good service as always and more importantly good food. Shoutout to the kitchen workers. Once in a blue moon something might be missing or incorrect but that's maybe 1/100 orders. Do not go to this location! I was meeting my granddaughters at their elementary school for a special lunch and they would not serve lunch items because it was too early. My daughter had done this several times in the past but now apparently chick-fil-a decided to get out of the customer service business and refused to serve lunch items early. They've lost my business forever and my daughter orders the large tray of nuggets several times during the year for their parties etc. Very disappointed and I'll not return! read more

A great culture of service. Thank you: Chris Allen (manager) and staff!!!!!! My wife was having an emotional morning as her dad is not doing well and is about to pass. She pulls into Chic-fil-a for some lunch. Being absent minded over her dad, she ran out of gas in the drive through. As the guy approached to take her order, she informed him she was out of gas. He proclaimed "no problem, I will call out the SOS team" . 10-11 people came out quickly and pushed her car out of the line. She told the guy she was embarrassed, He said " no problem and said we will push you to the 7-11 to get gas (about 300 yards). My wife was so grateful and told them so. It didn't stop there. As she was putting in gas, the manager himself, runs back over to deliver her food. Now that is service that only comes from a culture of the top companies. This type service comes from training and great employees. As her husband I too was very grateful for everyone's help. Your actions lifted her spirits on a very bad day. I came this morning for breakfast before work and was having a very stressful morning! Not only did the guy that took my order just put a huge smile on my face for being so personable and awesome, they took care of my meal. I was really having a rough morning and this was so sweet it really turned my day around. Thank you for the hospitality chick fil a and the incredible people at this chick fil a. Every encounter I've had there has been with some really sweet people. Idk how they find the people that they hire but I give them a A+. Thank you for breakfast and thank you for being awesome. I come here more often than I should but it is convenient and consistent. Unfortunately, today was a day that it was not very consistent. I ordered my usual phone number for breakfast, but the sausage burrito came out cold, 100% completely cold throughout. The hashbrowns came out warm. I came back up to the counter and asked to have this replaced. They took the burrito and said sure no problem. Went back to my table and finished my hashbrowns. It took a while for the burrito to come out. It was hotter than the first one, but not as hot as I expected, lukewarm at best. there was no follow up afterwards and it seemed done just cause I ordered a meal and ended up eating the hashbrowns, early waited and then got my burrito, not the best breakfast in the morning from Chick-fil-A. It was definitely not that busy for the breakfast so I was surprised on the mediocre/subpar service and food. I will have to think twice coming here again and having a breakfast. read more

I don't know what happened but over the course of the passed few months, this location has gotten worse and worse. Since they make several drinks at once ahead of the orders- you often end up with a watery version of the drink you ordered as the ice melts. As a special bonus, the sticky syrup split on the outside of the drink cups will help you grip your steering wheel as you eat your burnt fried chicken sandwich. That's right, I said burnt. I thought things would improve over time- but consistently over the passed several weeks we have received over-cooked, crunchy, gross brown/ not golden brown chicken. Do your self a favor abs drive towards the Lowes where there is a Churches Chicken. These days Chik fil a is better at taking orders at the drive through than cooking their simple menu. read more

So a chicken sandwich, fries, lemonade cup and a cup of chicken soup cost almost $18? Wtf? Not the first time i was grossly overcharged, so i went back in to have them clarify. Turns out the lemonade i asked for to drink was over $3, with no mention of it being an additional charge. The cup of soup was another $3.50, which is fine. The manager did not own up to their overcharging, just offered me a Pepsi or Coke. This is not the first time that I got overcharged by the same people. But this time I wasn't in much of a hurry so i took a good look at my receipt. it seems like the dimwits at the cash register are not properly trained in the use of their machines, and how to properly disclose to the public what the up charges are going to be. Food is delicious, fast (even when they're super busy), the place is clean and the staff is always nice... they even walk around to see if you need anything else or a refill on your drink. Food is always warm at this location compared to the chick fil a across from target. Went there for lunch today (5/20). Fries were a little too salty and I ordered a large and they didn't fill it up all the way. Ordered chick fil a sauce and was given only one sauce. I hardly ever have issues with Chik-fil-a but when I do, they fix them so courteously and without making you feel like it's your problem like a lot of place do anymore.
