Want to thank Claudia for doing such a great job working point of sell(register) when we visited July 30,2025 for the 1st time! She was so friendly and fast which wasn't easy since it was extremely busy!! We recently switched from a different Chick Fil A location because of poor service and their inaccuracy of orders. We are willing to drive farther to get better service and a nicer experience which is what Claudia provided! Our family are HUGE Chick Fil A fans and we eat there at least 2 times a week! Even our sons 35 &38 eat at Chick Fil A a couple times a week! One in Castle Rock and one in Parker. They love when Mom and Dad give them Chick Fil A gift cards ha!! read more

I was very discouraged today because I was treated unkindly. I had received a gift card from a friend and was looking forward to using it towards my purchase today, however when I tried to use it they claimed it was never activated even though I showed them the receipt containing the authorization code and the gift card number on the receipt. The cashier was friendly but the manager on duty was not and only gave me a 1-800 # to call. He didn't offer any kind of help or discount towards my purchase due to the hassle. The card was purchased at a Chick Fil A location. Upon calling the number he gave me they then referred me to a different number only for gift card related issues and then was told I needed to try to get a replacement card online. To me this is very poor service and a bad reflection on the Company and location about not caring for a customer who used to frequent the establishment often but won't any longer after this type of treatment. The service here is always fast and friendly. I love the double drive through lanes. I usually order fries and they are always hot, which is really important to me. They usually get my order correct, but today they did not...I had asked for two BBQ sauces but got two Buffalo sauces instead...not sure if she didn't understand me correctly or if it was a different mistake, but I didn't notice until I got home, and my daughter and I did not enjoy our lunch nearly as much. Not sure how any Chick-fil-A would ever get only 3 stars. Love the food. Reasonable prices and always friendly staff. No difference on this trip. Only complaint is that my son ate my shake, but that's not on them. I blame myself for this one. Definitely recommend using the app and curbside pickup. I didn't think the service in the drive-thru could get worse...I was wrong. As a Christian I don't appreciate feeling rushed and my business as a customer disrespected. My experience today is as follows: Hand Manager my Credit Card as he hands me my drink. As I struggle to get it into my drink holder. A younger employee is already reaching out the window shoving the bag with my food into my face before I even get my credit card back. I know you want to get people through your drive-thru quickly, but we are not cattle. I am a customer. I felt very disrespected and have had to tell the people at the window to give me a moment so I can put my card away. Please change your workflows! read more

Not only did they forget half the order but what they did give us was crap. Burnt mac n cheese. Cold and old fries. My wife went back to get it replaced and the manager basically told her to pound sand. "Well your kids clearly ate half of it so it must be ok" "our food is always served like this" My children will eat handfuls of dirt if I don't stop them, so this manager isn't exactly giving a 5 star review of his food quality. There are better Chick-fil-A's in the area, with significantly better trained staff and managers who aren't going to defend serving cold food and forgetting half an order. Just avoid this one, you'll save yourself the headache. read more

2/26/21: This chick fil a location hit a home run with my curbside order today! The food came quickly, hot and fresh, and 100% correct despite the place being slam packed during lunch hour. Even the special instructions were fulfilled. The staff should give themselves a pat on the back. This location is doing great! read more

Never been to a chick fil a with rude employees this was a first! We ordered and went up to the window and asked them for ranch and the lady didn't even say anything she ignored us. Then she handed us the food and didn't say anything again we waited for her because we thought she would at least say thanks have a good night if we were all set? After getting my drive thru order I told the guy at the window I didn't have any sauce. THe manager rushed over and said it was in the bag. I had already looked twice. I told him it wasn't and he said we can only give you 6 sauces. Again I told him there were no sauces in the bag and even showed him the bag. He then asked for the bag back, looked inside before giving me sauce and then finally gave me the sauce. That's a bit ridiculous for sauce... normally chik fila does an amazing job. Placed an order through the drive up to take home for 2 kids. Ordered 2 meals both with lemon-aide, paid for the order, the employee gave me the drinks and a bag with the meals, Only one problem ...... we drove home only to find that we were missing the chicken sandwich for one of the meals. How do you screw up a 2 meal order? The store offered no solution other than me driving back to get the sandwich. The manager tried to give me some card for something free I assume. I am a usual customer of this Chick-fil-a and typically have a good experience. Despite this, the last few times their customer service has been very poor. They have been very rude while receiving orders. I believe it's important to be kind and respectful while taking orders as I work in the fast food industry myself. The manager Ken was rude. I was 2 minutes late for breakfast when I tried to place my order. But when I asked about get ting there on time but only 2 minutes late because of the line, the manager was rude and said well maybe I should try to get there earlier on time. So I asked for the number to the corporate office he told me to go home and look it up myself. I can't remember when I've talked to someone at a business who was so rude. I have been going through the drive thru for the last few years, and the staff is efficient, polite , and they move the drive thru line quickly. I have started dining inside, and I am beginning to have great concerns over the cleanliness of this restaurant. There is a cleaning lady that wonders around in the dining room, and she does not clean the floors or tables after people finish eating. The tables and floors are all completely covered with food from the previous customers. She is in the dining section at all times in the evening but she is obviously not having her work checked by management because the dining area is disgusting. I have witnessed this now on four evenings in the last two weeks. The floors are covered in food and the floors are very dirty. They close down half of the restaurant in the evening, and if you want to dine in, you must crowd in to a very small section of the restaurant to eat. It becomes very crowded and noisy, and not a pleasant place to try to enjoy a meal. I had hoped that the cleaning lady could at least keep up with the open half of the restaurant but she wastes time being very ineffective. This evening when we went inside to eat, there was a horrible odor inside the restaurant. It smelled like a rancid smell, and dirty feet. I had to ask the staff to come over and clean our table, so that we wouldn't have to eat on this dirty surface that was covered in crumbs. The underneath of our table was covered in a large amount of food crumbs and dirt. I had to also ask the staff to sweep underneath, so that my feet didn't step in the chunks of chicken, and French fries on the ground. I asked the staff member what the horrible smell was in the restaurant, and he said that he was aware of the smell, and it was coming from a large bucket and mop that sat next to the counter our entire visit. This bucket sat there untouched by any staff members. Another customer came over to our table to also mention how dirty the restaurant was, and she mentioned her concerns about the odor. I told her about the bucket. We all ended up feeling nauseous over the conditions of this restaurant, and we all decided that we would no longer dine inside again. I have huge concerns about what the conditions are in the kitchen, if this is the status of the dining area. Also, there was a homeless man in the restaurant for our entire stay, and he was finally asked to leave as we were finishing up what we could stomach as fast as possible. This man was scary as he was talking to himself, acting strange, and trying to hit customers up for money. They also have another homeless man that is often in the restaurant. Overall, I have decided to no longer go to this Chick fil A for all of these reasons. This restaurant needs better management to step up quickly, as this restaurant could have several issues with the health department. The other customer also said that she wasn't sure if she should even pick a milkshake after observing the foul conditions inside this restaurant. read more

I think the negative reviews here are disproportionate and these people need to get over themselves by adjusting their expectations. Just moved to the area and was stoked to see a Chick-fil-A close to the house. Unfortunately it isn't one of the good ones. Drove through for breakfast for me and my lady. Got 2 chicken biscuits and one 4 count chicken minis. The biscuits were hard as a rock and weren't even edible so we ditched those and just ate the chicken. In the 4-pack of minis 3 of them were on corner rolls from the pan and were also ridiculously hard. Very disappointing to get stuck with 3 corners in one box of 4. I know the Chick-fil-A restaurants next to my old place told their kitchen workers there should never be more than one of them in a box. I can appreciate that, especially since those should be thrown away because they are always a disappointment. We also asked for some honey with our meal and they gave us 1 single honey pocket that I guess we were expected to make work for 3 total items. Reading other reviews this unfortunately seems like it's par for the course at this restaurant. read more

Went there for dinner on Saturday. Ordered a #1 (Chick-fil-A Meal). The sandwich was cold. It had been sitting on the shelf way too long. Only took one bite. Went back to the counter and asked for a new one. The employee gave me the last one on the shelf. Guess what, it was cold also. Went up to the counter for a drink refill. Had to wait 5 minutes, even though they weren't busy. The employees were messing around over by the food area. One employee was "playing" with the ice cream machine. Finally one employee that had cleaning came over to help me. But, he didn't wash his hands first. -- Big mistake. But I'm sure he wasn't trained properly. The management at this location is TERRIBLE. If you want Chick-fil-A, don't waste your time or money going to this one. read more
