This place is not only delicious, the staff are so friendly and kind! Tables are clean and the environment is 10/10!

I'm usually a regular at the CAVA in Highlands Ranch, so this experience was pretty disappointing. Went in with a friend for lunch and ordered our usual, two bowls and two pita chips. When it was time to pay, I tried to use a CAVA gift card I had loaded in the app with around $60 on it. The app was confusing, so I asked the cashier for help and she called the manager. The manager, Destiny, came over and said she didn't know how the app worked, even though she said people ask her about it all the time. Instead of trying to help, asking another team member, or even attempting to figure it out, she immediately told me to contact CAVA customer support. This was during a lunch rush while I was standing at the register trying to pay. It felt dismissive, like it just wasn't her problem. We stepped aside to figure it out, but the service in this location is really spotty, which made loading the app even harder. That seems like a big issue for a place that pushes app ordering and payment. To keep things moving, I placed an online order and showed the receipt so they wouldn't have to remake the food. Even then, there was hesitation and an attitude that made it feel like I did something wrong, even though I was just trying to pay. The whole interaction felt passive and unwelcoming. We didn't feel like important customers at all. Really disappointing experience from a place I usually enjoy. read more

When cava first opened their location in castle rock it was amazing. I feel like the high demand is wearing on the staff to keep up the cleanliness and food temperature. The chicken was extremely cold. The managers were cooking. The short staff and high demand of customers is weighing on this specific location. Hire more staff and train the teenagers customer service ethics! read more

I'm officially a CAVA head! Is that a term? No but it rolls off the tongue nicely so why not? Love the options here especially the sauces along with build your own bowl option. I have never been to CAVA before this visit and the girl working the line told me about all the options, sauces, etc. It was delicious, a healthy option nd almost enough for three meals. This is definitely my favorite location of Cava. Although this is nowhere near my house in northeast DTC, it's close to work. And as far as the weather permits, I walk here as it's about 10 min from it. The young man upfront was very generous about some add ons. I picked at least several of what appeared to be not included in the bowl's description but when he rang me up, it was the basic price with no additional charges so after tax, it was $12 with some change. In this day and age where the prices in general are so inflated, $12 for a bowl like this size does not happen at all. And the two sauces that came with the bowl were awesome especially the white one (it might be the garlic sauce.) This bowl is filling and yet so airy to the point where it doesn't give you that "Oh my gosh, I ate too much" feeling even if you finish it The only thing I disliked about this bowl were the black lentils (add-on.) They were undercooked so they were crunchy. However, I was able to ignore this fact and concentrated on the overall quality of it. This location is also pretty clean. Cava always seems to promote "clean eating" I shall return to this location of Cava in the next week or two. read more

They have very healthy and flavorful food in a fast casual environment. I like that I can select what goes into my meal. A lot of plant based options for me and spouse. We like that their payment system doesn't ask for a tip. Sometimes the tables are not clear/clean when we go and eat in. We keep coming back because it's very good food! read more

The worst Cava location. Incredibly dirty floors, tables, bathrooms.... The entire place is sticky and dirty and covered in trash. I'm honestly worried to eat the food but I ordered ahead and paid for it so I guess I'm going to do Russian roulette with salmonella. I'm writing this review while waiting for the food I ordered to be picked up at 5:15 and it's 5:45 - I'm the only person in here so not sure what's going on. UPDATE: After going to the counter and asking for my order they gave me a bag that had been sitting in the back for the entire time I was there waiting and happily sent me on my way - I checked it and good thing I did because it was missing half my order. I'm a big Cava fan but I'm not sure when they decided this year to do smaller portions but it's getting ridiculous and disappointing. The prices aren't any less and yet my bowl is barely filled. I order the steak + harissa and got 4 pieces of cucumber, a sprinkle of feta, barely a dollop of hummus, and I can't even find the cabbage. Earlier this year, my bowl would be so full the lid would barely fit. If I wanted smaller portions or have to continuously ask "can I have a little more" then I would stick with Chipotle. read more

First time here and honestly never really noticed it even though we have been to Torchy's Tacos a lot. Very odd. But glad we went per a friend's suggestion. Love the mediterranean food but this time I didn't end up getting what I would have chosen, so I will have to go back again. I ended up just modifying what was ordered ahead of me so it didn't go to waste. Something wasn't made quite right originally and it was good enough for me. You first chose the main bowl type, than you choose what you want on it. The concept is a nice one (eg like Subway or Chipotle's), but it did seem a bit pricey to me. Also the workers were all super nice, but I wish their clothes weren't so messy with spills, etc. Sitting area was bright and had lots of tables. I won't be returning to this particular location. The last two times I've ordered online they don't put your pick up order where pick up orders are meant to go, they leave it behind the counter and you have to go stand in the long line to ask for your order. It's also never ready on time. This location always forgets to put the requested pita in the bag too. Centennial location is much better, they are never out of certain items even during a rush and know how to keep the line moving read more

We loved it!! I had the Lemon Chicken salad, BF built his own bowl. I was somewhat hesitant to try the black lentils--I've had yellow and red, but never black--and they were delicious! So was the red pepper hummus. The pickled onions were good, milder than the ones I make at home. The fountain drinks are awesome! I didn't like the blueberry soda or Mexican Coke, but I don't drink soda anyway. I just tried small amounts because I have never had either kind of soda. The blueberry does smell very good. BF liked it. The jasmine iced tea is REALLY good. BF loved the Strawberry Citrus. CAVA is out new favorite lunch place! I substituted arugula for the spinach in my salad, and BF had some falafel. It's not as light and fluffy as Shawarma's falafel, but very flavorful. Service was cheerful and friendly. We will DEFINITELY be returning. The vibe is clean and bright. read more

I have been twice so far. The first time the meal was amazing. I watched how the staff interacted with one of their coworkers who is obviously Neurodiverse and they were really great support for that person. The second time I went, I took my child and the regular Greek chicken was way way too spicy! my child could eat it, but the staff was apologetic. They need to make a non-spicy chicken option. First time trying this place. It's a similar "fast casual" style like Chipotle. I ordered the lemon chicken bowl. It was pretty good, needed more dressing due to the chicken being a little over cooked. They had Maine Root pop (or soda for you heathens) at the fountain machine. Tables were a tad dirty. read more
