We needed a film location entirely re-worked for a professional shoot - all rooms repainted, new locks, appliances moved and replaced, trees trimmed, etc - and we needed it done fast and excellently as it was being shot on a top of the line professional camera and all details would be noticeable. Normally you have to choose between price, quality and speed - the old saying that you get a great deal on two of the three. St&S and Sash delivered on all three and then some. The work was perfectly done, done in less time than we even asked for or needed (he was finished days before we had asked him to be), and he was absolutely a pleasure to work with - respectful, smart, attentive, a problem-solver, generous, on time - as were his colleagues. And he didn't skimp on a single thing - going out of his way to point out what might be helpful to us even if it meant more work for him and his team without more compensation. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered any questions we had prior to him coming. Sash and his helper arrived on time to our apartment and completed the job very quick. Having no experience with the process, I appreciated that Sash was a one-stop-shop and could help me from beginning to end. I had Sash come and hang faux brick wallpaper on an accent wall and could not be happier. The basics: He was on time, polite, and cheaper than competitors. Worked efficiently and cleaned up when finished. He was a pleasure to work with, responding quickly to calls and texts in clear and plain language. Why he is a 5 star pro: His attention to detail is what really set him apart. The faux brick was a horizontal pattern so the paper had to be aligned perfectly so as not to give away the look. We had Sash do our wallpapering around a year ago. We were very happy with the results until shortly thereafter parts of the wallpaper began to peel off. Obviously the job wasn't done right. Sash had told us that if anything happened to please call him and he would send someone immediately to fix it. We thought he was a professional..
