She cut the braids too short, burned the ends instead of curling them, and now the braids are becoming unraveled, and are falling out. She didn't apologize, she blamed me, and she was as hard-hearted as Pharoah in the Bible, that she claims to believe in. (She plays Christian music in the salon while others do hair.) In this economy, where getting braids or any kind of hairstyling is a luxury, not a necessity, she not only robbed me of $330 of my hard-earned money, but she made the mistake of making me tell anyone who will listen, how much of a devil filled hypocrite, that she really is. Emma is only concerned about your money, not your hair. If I could put zero stars I would.

I've gotten my hair trimmed there before and that tine this time I was able to bring in my 5 month old baby. This time I needed a simple all over Brown dye job and a hair trim. I'm not sure what happened, but my hair ended up black with spots where my previous red is showing through. Before we put the dye in I had stressed that I didn't want my hair anywhere near black. Once again, the staff is amazingly friendly and sweet, but now I'm going to have to travel 45 minutes and pay over twice as much to fix their mistake, and hopefully not have to chop off my LONG hair in the process. Unfortunately, I won't be back.
