The loveseat has a bent hook inside and the delivery people had a hard time putting it together. When the back wouldn't stay on, we called the service man out. He saw the bend said he could order a new apparatus. I said it's a brand new loveseat I don't want a new part, I'd like to return it and get a good one since this one is brand new. Then Bryan from Mesquite calls me and basically says tough luck, it's been reported you've damaged it, we cant resell it, you're stuck with it! Its ONLY damage is the same as when it arrived!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL NOT BACK IT UP IF IT'S DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES.

One of the times I was there, my 89 year old mom was with me, and as we were leaving the store my mom fell. I was unable to get her up. Several of the staff came running out to help with my mom. The were very gentle with her, they got her up and help her to our car. As for as I'm concerned they went way above their normal duties, they showed compassion. When cashier came up, bought one bale of hay. Asked other employee at hay truck if hay was last year or this year. Said it was new hay. Hay was very old and moldy smelling. $10.49 for a small bad bale. Would not recommend this TS store ever. If you are in a pinch and need horse hay, would go elsewhere. This store needs attention from corporate.
