Their online scheduling system let us pick an open time right away and we got taken care of. They reached out right away and knew exactly what part we'd need and ordered it immediately so they showed up with the fix in hand. Our technician, Dave, called ahead and showed up on time at the front of the coordinated window. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. He quickly swapped out the part, explained a few maintenance techniques to help avoid clogs and backups and had the washer fixed right away. I thought the value and cost was very reasonable for the quick service and repair. We'll absolutely use Mr Appliance in the future and highly recommended them for their knowledge, friendliness and quick response and repair time.

This time David, who is an expert in Whirlpool products, came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. The estimate for parts was fair, repair time was just a couple of days, and he promptly returned and completed the job perfectly. There was a slight delay by one day in the part (not their fault), but the office and David kept me fully informed and prioritized getting me repaired. I am extremely happy with the professionalism, capabilities, and respect for my time they have shown in the two different visits from them. They have earned my confidence and continued business.

Due to outdated custom…read moresizing and electrical issues, the cost to replace was heading into the thousands, not including the range purchase itself. Fortunately, I found Metropolitan Services! They sent a technician, Brandon, out right away, and he quickly diagnosed what turned out to be a simple problem with the buttons. Furthermore, he was able to recommend ways to find replacement door glass and a third party to fix the dim display. On his return visit, he refurbished everything with the new parts, and the range is as good as new. During the same time period, my dryer also went out. Brandon was able to fix that during the same two visits, coordinating part delivery so that repairs could be finished in the quickest possible time. All in all, this was a great experience, from the efficient scheduling, to the knowledgeable--and nice--technician, to the excellent results. Highly recommended!

    I was given 3 authorized repair companies in my area by the appliance manufacturer. I did a Yelp…read moresearch and this company has the best reviews out of the 3. I contacted them and I have to say I did not have a positive experience with this company. They quoted me a diagnostic fee to come out but I was charged $10 extra at the initial appointment which I did not contest as the entire amount applies to the repair. The technician took a long time to diagnose the issue but what took longer was the process of getting them to come back for the actual repair work. The front desk lady never answers your calls and is very slow in following up with the questions, ordering parts, and scheduling a repair appointment except of course for the initial diagnostic new client appointment. They just slow walk the rest of the process. I am not paying a discounted fee for the service but I sure feel that they provided a subpar discounted customer service for the entire experience. To be fair, the issue was fixed at the end.

Then I got tired of the excuses and wait time and went to pick it up. The guy (Steve) lost my keyway key sq. which cost me $10 and another week to receive, and he also broke my exhaust tip. I got my mower back un-repaired and in worse shape then when brought to them :( They are definitely not as good as Lenny & Josh. That is for sure. He also wanted to charge me $300 for this drive belt install and wanted a $100 deposit when I dropped it off. Stay away from these guys or be prepared for some BS.

I called the number listed online (still shown as an active business) and someone named Steven answered "Elters" (he said he does this because if he didn't, people would hang up thinking they called the wrong number). Long story short - I left it with him to diagnose the problem (it's a 48" Husqvarna riding mower that overheated and shut off on me while mowing). Upon arrival he started it on my trailer and was certain that the head gasket was blown. That was on a Friday. When Wednesday came and I hadn't heard anything I tried calling many times before he answered. He said the new gasket was on order (at this point he hadn' even given me a concrete price - he only guessed it woul be between $600 & $1200). I picked it up last Wednesday but didn't get a chance to use it until that Saturday. After only 10 mins it started to spit & sputter (like it did when it overheated). I tried calling him about 6 times with no answer and no answering machine to leave a message. Finally I tried again Sunday and he answered. Told me to bring it back Monday (today). I got there at 10 and no one was around! I paid him over $700 cash (he said he only accepts cash but didn't tell me this till it was "ready" to be picked up. BOTTOM LINE: Stay away, Steven comes across as a decent guy but he's not!!

After scheduling, we had another issue pop up with our range hood. Blue Shield said no problem. Samir from Blue Shield showed up *early* - did not leave me waiting around for the end of the window they gave me. He quickly diagnosed the issues we were dealing with and gave me a fair, transparent estimate for the work. After we agreed, he fixed everything on the spot incredibly quickly and was on his way. Samir was courteous and respectful and really helped take reduce some pre-holiday worries we had with our dishwasher and hood having issues.

He disassembled and discounted the machine. He then discovered a further problem and Increased the repair cost by $500.00. He refused to provide a written estimate of parts and launched a confusing explanation where he constantly changed numbers. He would not provide the part numbers he required and he used part names that I could not find on the Bosch website. He left the dishwasher disassembled and disconnected from the kitchen sink drain. When I was finally able to identify the parts to which he referred, I found their costs about half what he stated. I am unable to use the sink and the disposal as the water drains onto the floor.
