Courtney is a fantastic massage therapist and person which is why I continue to go back. Her technique truly is "Intuitive" which I don't think you can fully understand until you have experienced for yourself. I always leave feeling way better than when I arrived. Still very grateful to have found Courtney and I would highly recommend. Thank you as always Courtney! My previous review from early 2018: Courtney came highly recommended by another massage therapist and decided to give her a try back in December. After my first session with Courtney I signed up for the monthly package and have been going ever since. I have had a few massages in the past, but none have compared to the ones from Courtney. She will find problem areas that you didn't even know you had! Pretty much the best I ever feel is when I am walking away from a massage with Courtney. If I ever end up rich, best believe I'll be visiting weekly :) Online scheduling is super easy and convenient as well.

The office & massage room was decorated beautifully, very welcoming! I told Leslie I needed work on my right mid/low back & that I trust her to use her intuition to take over from there. The table was heated, the sheets were comfortable, the music was very soothing & I felt very safe! During the massage Leslie used a great medium pressure which was perfect for me. The warm up was great, she paid attention to my breathing & what my body needed. As the massage went through I found not only were my problem areas addressed, but that she was great digging for other areas I was unaware of & paying mind to those spots, too. When it came to the energy/reiki work what I loved is that her instructions were thorough, it was very easy to calm my mind & be present in my body. I had an adventure in my mind that left me feeling extremely grounded. Which is EXACTLY what I needed. I will definitely be back for more work in the future. I've worked with T on my rotator cuff, and then after when I needed labrum and tenodesis surgeries. My surgeon gives credit to the work I did and also to T. She is extremely intuitive - she can touch my body and tell immediately where I am tight or need work. Her wrok is amazing, and I feel incredible when she is done. There is a spirituality to her work which leaves me with a centered and calm as well. I highly recommend T to anyone who is in pain or discomfort. All have their own styles but there is something fundamentally lacking - they all typically take a one size fits all approach - working from the back down to the legs, then front for a bit and then wrap up. This is even with masseuses I've used many times - I'm guessing the massage establishments just train them that way. However, Karalyn combines massage with PT, really working problem areas and going hard at it. The result - you get the therapeutic benefits of the massage and the science of PT, which drives rapid recovery where you really need it. As only a rare and excellent massage can deliver, I ended light-headed and felt like jelly. As only great PT can deliver, I felt lighter on my feet afterwards with a cleaner posture and wider range of motion (and less pain and injury risk). All this from the convenience of home. He said he felt like he was hit by a truck after, but once the initial soreness wore off, he said he felt amazing; it was exactly what his body needed.
