I'm assuming claiming that my pictures were wrong and it was cleaned. It was not. I've used them 4-5 times and never have complained. She offered for them to come next morning to clean those spots. Sorry, don't have the time to take off work/school to be here for you to finish a job that was already paid for and supposed to be finished. Told her don't come we would do it. She just responded with "okay thank you." No offered refunds, future services or discounted future services. Disappointed. Also did not lock front door after they left when I asked them too. Disappointing

A month ago, my husband & I bought a new house that we wanted to have professionally deep cleaned before moving in. I was 37 weeks pregnant, not necessarily relevant, but my hormones were out of whack... but yeah, nothing looked clean. Baseboards were still full of dust, floors everywhere were dirty. Walls still had ( & still do, as I haven't been able to get to everything yet) dirt all over them. Basically what they had included in their deep clean didn't seem to be done. The house was empty, nothing had to be moved around. Also, when not paid immediately, expect for the owner of this dismally run company to harass and threaten you with police action. It hadn't even been a week (lol) --- I ended up having to clean the place before I bought my new baby home to it. So I was distracted elsewhere with a newborn baby & now also a dirty house. So yeah, 1 week postpartum had me on my hands and knees scrubbing what I had paid this company to do. Id look elsewhere.

They may use a pre spray for heavy spots. I was initially disappointed this recent last time, because some of the dirty spots in front of chairs a nd heavy traffic areas didn't come out. Althogh he did a great job on two area rugs that were very dirty. They always send out an evaluation email after service. When that came I responded with my disappointmet. I received a call and an offer to send another technician out to see if they could improve the carpet. They came out, readdressed the areas, and it came out great like it has in the past. No additional charge. May have been a problem with the equipment for the previous appt. Their grout cleaning is great, too. Makes the floor look brand new. So I commend them for their service check up and follow-up and wanting to get the job done right, to the satisfaction of the customer. Every technician they have sent out has been courteous, pleasant, and works to please. They have always been on time or early. They will continue to be my go to carpet, rugs, and tile cleaning company.
