They were easy to book an appointment. However, their work was less than acceptable. They did not clean the frames of the windows, they did not clean the bottom of the frames where there are sliding glass doors. When I called to let them know of the work that wasn't done, they said cleaning and wiping down frames cost extra for each frame. One of the sliding glass doors now has a piece of rubber hanging from it. They said they will come and fix that. I've hired locals every year to do my windows. All other companies had cleaned my windows, sliders vacuumed and wiped down, etc. for the same money I paid Better View. Thought I would try them based on a recommendation. Never again! read more

I called Better View Windows two days ago and today, I have gorgeous, clean windows. I had used a different service a few months ago with less than desirable results. It honestly looked like they had taken the dirt on my windows and smeared it around. Our job was intense because we had a lot of construction residue (paint, stucco, etc) on our windows. I heard about Better View from a friend. They answered when I called (and they've been very responsive each time I've called) and told me exactly what info they needed for a quote. Once I received my quote, they offered to send their people out to our place to confirm window count/sizes and give me a final quote with no obligation. They came out the following day, confirmed the quote, and cleaned my windows, inside and out and cleaned the screens. Both gentleman were very professional and got right to work. I think they finished in 2 hours or less. We'll be using them again for sure! As far as pricing, we have about 20 windows, 5 transoms, and 5 sliding glass doors, and we had construction debris on our windows. We paid about $300. I think it would have been closer to $250 without the extra work. Totally worth it in my opinion. Ok, as I was writing this I got a follow up call asking for feedback on their service. I agree with the other 5 star ratings. We have a two story house on a 5 foot stem wall. There is no way I can get up there to wash. My personal recommendation is to have both inside and outside done that way the inside person can guide the outside person so as not to miss any pesky streaks.
