The first time I went here, I went for a pedicure and was satisfied. I came a second time, and had a horrible experience. My pedicure was good, but my full set was a absolute mess. My nails was thick, and the nail polish was sloppy. Now they did fix the issue, but boy did they have an attitude. I went with two other ladies, and their nails was ugly too. My nail technician must've put super glue on my nail, because when the nail came off for new set I had big deep gashes in my nail bed -The drill maybe? I have been to Tracy's a few times previous, I always get pink/white, an my nails were great!! The last experience took two hours, only because I said something! Train who worked on my nails was sloooowwww and did a crappy job, I had to get the manager! Biggest waste of money. I have never had such a bad mani/pedi job done. The nail tech was rushing through it even though we went in right when it opened and there weren't that many customers. Paint job was sloppy and it's obvious the tech just wanted to get it done and didn't care about quality. My toe was cut so deep it bled, I still have hangnails on some of my fingers, and I had to ask at least three times to paint another layer over nails since they didn't look right. I honestly could have done a better job myself for less than $42. Never coming back here again. read more

Super aggressive, she got up every 3 mins to go to the cash register, my nails were crooked and instead of just saying she couldn't do it, she refused to give me SHORT COFFIN SHAPED NAILS. Instead of trimming the false nail tip before she put the acrylic on, she made the nails super long (putting too much acrylic on the nail) and sawed the nails down with a nail file, resulting in really sore and aching fingers from all the filing she needed to do to make them shorter. I told her they were crooked and she said she would fix them but she didn't.She also chipped the back of my index and middle nail on my right hand! Last time I'm going there! The worst expericnce I have had in a long time. I went in for a pedicure and fill. The pedicure was great, however when it was time for my fill, I had a certain style in mind for what I wanted the finished product to look. I was assured that I was getting what I wanted. I was very wrong. It was horrible. The only reason I went was due to my nail tech being sick and I am out of town next week. I will never go back to this place again. Thank God I know how to be creative and I went to Sallys to get art decals to fix their messed up work. read more

I wish I had seen the previous comment about the address. It is Crossing, not Parkway! I've submitted an edit to Yelp & Google, so hopefully it gets changed. I'd hate someone to miss going here just because the address is wrong. Now about my last minute pedicure... I decided to treat myself spur of the moment and called a couple other places close to home before I found an available appointment at Tracy Nails. They called about 45 minutes before my appt time to say they had a cancellation and I could come early, which I did. Whoever answered the phone when I realized the address was wrong was very helpful in telling me exactly where they were located. I found the place with ease after that. I was greeted right away. With the holiday week, I was the only client, so the place was fairly quiet other than a tv playing. My one suggestion would be to have some sort of soothing music playing, as opposed to the tv. I felt like I had a spa quality pedicure, other than the atmosphere created by the tv. The massaging chair was very comfortable with lots of options. Vg was my technician & she showed me the various pedicure packages. I believe prices started at $27 and went up from there. I don't remember the name of the one I chose, but it was $37 and included your basic stuff, + salt scrub, oil massage, hot towels, and paraffin dip. I have to say, it was an amazing pedicure for the scrub and massage portions alone. VG was amazing! This was not a rushed pedicure like you get at so many places. She really took time with each step of the pedicure. This was a top notch, very relaxing pedicure. I think I may have to start treating myself more often! read more

My friend and I came to get our nails done here, we went this past Friday and waited an hour to just get a full set of acrylics. I really want baby boomer nails so I picked out polishes for it if they didn't know how to do it with powder. After all the filing and putting acrylic on, the nail technician proceeded to file so more. Not only did she cut one of my finger with a file, she managed to cut in total four fingers. She was a really nice lady but I had never got cut with a file before. After cutting four fingers, she then started to paint my nails. She straight up told me if I tried to do baby boomer nails it will look ugly and basically look like I didn't get anything done. So I picked mauve color with sparkles to do my nails. My coffin nails are uneven and they charged me five dollars for getting a shape on my nails. Never will I come back here.
