But…read moreyesterday I dropped my dog off to get groomed and I didn't have a good experience I called to find out what time my dog would be ready and the lady that answered the phone stated that she would be ready at 4pm just for me to call right back and the groomer said that my dog would be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived to pick my dog up the groomer was outside in the parking lot so a man had to give me my dog he also stated to me that the groomer said I could no longer bring my dog here because I had a attitude. In which I did not. Now I was upset but I didn't have an attitude. The groomer Amanda is the one who made the statement about me not being able to bring my dog back after I already paid and tipped her. So yes I wanted my tip back because if I'm paying for a service I expect great customer. Also when I dropped my dog off she showed me the chart of the different cuts and I picked the one I wanted I also stated that I wanted my dogs ears clipped the same length as her face she didn't do that either. I spend so much money here and I always bring my dog here for her grooming needs. But after yesterday will not be returning.

The feed was to be in either Wednesday or Friday this week. I have called the store at least 6 times to try to verify the order, requesting a call back from the owner each time. Not ONCE have I received a call back, and today when I called I was told that my "card" was lost, and the feed not ordered, and would not be available for another 2-3 weeks. I asked again for the owner to call, and again was ignored. I don't understand this blatant lack of basic customer service.

I was told they close at 4:00 PM and to keep an eye on my messages for pickup. At 3:45 PM, I received a text stating my dog would not be ready until 4:45 PM -- after closing time. A five-hour grooming appointment has never been my experience in owning multiple dogs, and the delay was never properly communicated in advance. I also received an automated "thank you for visiting" email while my dog was still there, which added to the confusion. When I arrived at 4:40 PM, I asked about the extended grooming time. The response was that they "don't want to push any dog," which I understand, but again, that was never communicated earlier. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, the owner was dismissive and condescending. He stated he didn't care about the customer, became defensive, and did not acknowledge or apologize for the lack of communication. Rather than working toward a resolution, he suggested I return to my previous groomer. I replied that I would rather make the two-hour drive to Skiptown in Charlotte than return here, even though this business is local. His response was sarcastic and continued the unprofessional tone. At that point, I simply wanted to pick up my dog and leave. Since then, I've spoken with others who have shared similar concerns regarding overbooking and poor customer service. I hope the business improves its communication and customer service practices in the future.
