They need to do better with their customer service. When you order a large quantity of pellets online the least they could do is help you put the items in your vehicle during pickup. We went to the stores in Huntington and King George's. They were very helpful with loading bags of pellets. The store in Waldorf never helps. We are seniors. Do better. read more

Had to take my furry baby to vet her vet put her on an antibiotic wanted to charge 160.00 I looked around and ordered from tracker supple turn over time supposed to be 24hrs. After waiting one the 3rd day I called they tell me it would be 3 to 5 business days. I will never again order from tracker supple all the business I do with them its an antibiotic for an infection i will be posting the vet fees when I take my furry baby back to vet. Went to have 1pound Coleman propane tanks filled plus look to purchase Husqvarna Zero Turn Riding Mower. The lady at the front desk was very nice. and tried multiple times to get someone to help me. The other person at the desk was useless and made no effort to help, or get someone who could help. After about 15 minutes two guys came up and basically said they couldn't fill the tanks (even after I had been told over the phone they could). Based on their attitude, I certainly wasn't going to talk about the mower and I left. Later found out tge have adapters AT THEIR STORE where you could transfer from a 20 gallon to 1 pound tank!! Won't be going to that clown show of a store again. read more

This store literally has been the best thing I've had since moving in this area. I came during Covid and once the restrictions were lifted I had one bad experience after another. I got 2 dogs from the Arlington Va rescue center and they had a father and daughter Yorkiepoo mixed that I fell in love at first sight. This is where Tractor Supply comes into play! I knew the father dog had issues with collapsing trachea but as time went on it only got worse. The Veterinarian, hospitals and pet store only wanted money, they did not really care. I went to the tractor store, not for them but just to see what they sold, and that was truly truly the best decision ever. One of there employees helped me and I can't thank him enough. After the father pass I went back in the store, and told him he cried with me, because now I need help with the daughter; she is having such a hard time dealing with it and so am I! read more

We use this TSC for our farm and home needs. I come to this Tractor supply by myself. When I ask for help I always get it. I have never had an issue where any of the associates have refused to help me. This includes the white women associates. People cannot assume that people will automatically jump to help them. I have seen people get angry when associates try to help. Associates are always friendly. We have been using curbside due to high risk medical conditions. It is a seamless process. Order, wait for "order ready email", go to TSC, call that you are there, they bring it out and load it! Super easy! read more

The store is sufficient for things we need for our yard and our dogs, however, I had to return a heating pad for my dogs bed because it burned through to my couch. The manager on duty, Don, didn't so much as apologize for the malfunctioning of a product they sold me (that could have burned my house down) and ignored me with a smile when I suggested they don't put the remaining products on the shelf because this could have been a devastating malfunction. I hope no one else buys this product! I also hope he cares enough to pull the product from their shelves and contact the company, I know I will be. read more

Don't be a black female coming into this store alone. You will literally get no ounce of help from any of the WHITE MALE workers. I always come to this store to get my dog his food being that this is the only store besides Petco that carries Taste of the wild. Anyways I was getting 2 heavy bushels of straw and none of the workers in that area even bothered to help me lift them in my basket. One of them was even standing right next to me. Literally 2 feet beside me and watched me struggle trying to get one of them in my basket and proceeded to walk away then came back and asked me politely to move out of the way because he had a thing of products he needed to push through the aisle. As I was struggling to get the second bag of straw I made sure to look in the direction where all of the workers were huddled together. Not sure if they were talking to a manager or supervisor right across from me but there were like 4 of them and none of them attempted to help me yet they watched me struggle to lift up another bushel and I even had a hard time trying to get it in my cart due to the other one taking up most of the space. I had a hard time trying to maneuver it in my cart. The cashier who was a female was very friendly and actually asked me if I needed any assistance with getting the items in my car and I quickly declined and told her none of those workers wanted to help me so I will just have to do it myself. Why bother racist people?! They would've never helped me anyway. I would never be coming to this establishment ever again. read more

I love this store. If you need nuts and bolts, they sell them by the pound. It is way cheaper this way! The service is great and always friendly. (If you live in Waldorf, you know how out of place that is here!) I can usually find what I need for most any outdoor project, repair or leisure activity. I get a lot of my stuff for hunting there too. I recommend you check them out before any of the big box stores that you may think of when you need something for planting, trimming, cutting or repairing something. I see the person below was super upset and assumed the employees huddled together not working are not just being lazy, but "racist". I am a middle aged white guy and I have had both good and bad experiences at this store. The checkout people seem routinely nice. There is an employee who has worked there a long time with longish dark hair and he is super nice and offers help ...but then there are others who are in "hiding" mode. Take a breath and relax. Yes, they should be more outgoing ...and watching you struggle isn't acceptable, but I think it's a product of the younger, interpersonal-skills-challenged generation. I truly think most times it did not even OCCUR to their me-centric brains to offer help. I have never asked for help and been ignored, even from the "hiders," but typically, you have to ask. (Now my father would have beat my a## if I zoned out and just watched someone struggling. Maybe that's the difference.) Lol. read more

It's very convinient for me to get there , but they carry a good inventory of outdoor clothes , I was trying to find face mask , they only have one style which comes in only two colors , black or orange . It was ugly and uncomfortable. They don't have enough staff to help costumers , but they have a decent size parking lot ! read more

Store is well kept. I'd highly recommend checking stock on-line and calling before picking up any items (if you're coming from the city or surrounding parts). There was a long line that finally was relieved some but with my husbands things on the counter ready to be checked the young man was told to go help someone else, somewhere else! You do not send a cashier away with customers in their line!!!!!! You allow them to finish with the customers they have and then let them go! What a freaking joke! read more

I bought a pair of Ariat boots about 8 months ago at this TSC. Sadly, the "apron" area of both boots was defective and the stitches came completely apart, pulling my boots apart at the seam. I contacted Ariat regarding the defective boots. I had already registered the product when I purchased them. Ariat will honor replacement if less than a year old (thank goodness!), but when purchased in the U.S., you have to go through the store in which you purchased them. Oddly enough, I kept the original box, but could not locate my receipt. I went to this TSC where I purchased them. I showed the young lady at the register ( I should have gotten her name) who was most helpful with my exchange, as well as Barb, the manager on duty who assisted with selection of a similar pair. Barb chuckled when she check out the defective boot- stating "Wow! You really wear your boots!"- but also mentioned that they never should have come apart like they did. These ladies were extremely helpful, understanding, and made my exchange so easy. It definitely helped that I had the box- since all they had to do was scan the barcode to confirm my purchase was from TSC. I love my new boots and look forward to purchasing the next pair (the new waterproof Ariats!) This is by far THE BEST TSC I've been to - best employees, customer service and selection! read more

My family and I are just done with shopping at your store in White Planes Maryland. Until you get more cashiers and less issues that do not ring up at the register we will no longer be shopping at your store. It is just a slow process of checking out at this store. There are never enough employees around for help. Your prices and not the best but you carry all are need for a one stop shopping for are farm needs. However to get in and out of this store we can do just as good going to all these stores (Lowes, Home Depot and Southern States) in the same day. We just can't deal with only one to none registers open anymore. read more
