I thought I'd pop in while in Turlock running some other errands to grab some hardware (nuts, bolts etc.) as buying by the pound here is far more economical than by the piece at hardware stores or the big box home improvement centers. Found myself instead spending 30 minutes sorting through countless mismatched bins of mixed hardware as very little was where it ought to have been. I understand that it's on customers to put things back where they belong if they decide what they've picked isn't going to work, but the staff here really ought to police this section of the store more frequently and keep things in order. There were numerous tiny plastic bags of missing hardware as well, clearly someone just pocketed whatever was in them and didn't pay for it, again, better policing if the area and customer service would prevent this. I pity the person who has to straighten it all out now, what an unmitigated disaster. read more

Went in on Black Friday and purchased some things. When I went to get something I bought I couldn't find it. Thought maybe I left it, so I called the store on Monday and spoke with the Operations Manager (sorry, I can't remember her name). She said there was nothing but she would be happy to replace it. I thanked her and said "let me ask my husband before you replace it." Went home that night and found it! I was so impressed that she offered to replace my items, no questions asked! This is the old fashioned service that you Never see happen any longer so when it does it's a pleasant surprise. Thank you, please keep up the great customer service!! read more

I hate writing negative reviews, but 2021 isnt getting any better. Purchased my first trailer in January, 5 months later still haven't receive my plates. I called the store prior spoke to the manager in regards to not receiving our plates. The manager's excuse was that **DMV is backed up, you're not the only person that is waiting, we have other customers in the same boat that has waited longer than you and have not receive their plates** first of all thats just flat out ridiculous and sounds extremely irresponsible. I spoke to DMV and DMV says that DMV IS NOT BACKED UP, they do not have our trailer documents in their systems, and for us to contact Tractor supply & have them submit our information! Even after speaking to dmv I called back the store several times and they kept saying the same thing DMV is back up they did their part in submitting our papers long time ago. This time I called to speak to the manager again!, im very angry at this point and want answers. The manager backtrack our papers and called back saying that they did not submit our papers and will finally have it sent out as soon as they sign it. Woooooow that's a huge slack off! YOU DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR FIVE MONTHS?. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCOMPETANT MANAGEMENT. THAT'S EMBARRASSING. Most importantly ThankYou!! For admitting your fault. read more

Awful customer service. I called the store to see if the item was available, was told 3 was in stock, asked the man to hold one I was on the way and an hour away. Drove over an hour to be told they didn't have any in stock and didn't have 3 an hour ago either and I could come back in 3 days. read more

Never will be coming back to this store! I love the things they sell but it seems nobody that works there knows anything or maybe they just don't care for your business!! First of all my husband asked when they would have more baby turkeys in, cashier did not know, told him to come back the next day to ask someone else. Did not even try to ask someone herself. We had gone to this store a few times before and my husband liked a riding lawn mower he saw the last time we were in. So we were back looking to buy that riding lawnmower and my husband was asking the cashier to get someone to assist him outside to answer a couple of questions and she laughed and said good luck with getting answers since nobody here knows anything about those things. Really? We drove down to Monte Vista ended up at Lowe's, my honey is loving his new riding lawn mower and the customer service there is always great! read more

Incorrect information on the item and the description. The item didn't match at the register either. When it was brought to the cashiers attention she was rude and basically accused us of changing the label from the manufacturer. She also said there isn't anything the would do about it anyway.
