Real customer service still exists at this tractor supply. The staff is always helpful and goes over and above to be of assistance. They always have something for everybody's budget. I often bring my dogs in and they have helped me on many occasions selecting harnesses and leashes. I recommend we all start tipping because it's rare to get this type of customer service in this world. I really appreciate all the employees there. We purchased a atv and mini bike for my grandson for Christmas gifts. Tag says it was inspected and approved. Wrong!!! My grandkids were filled with excitement only to find out they both weren't in working condition. Called store was told to call Coleman. Long story short. Yes it's under warranty but we want to use them now. Not after a long process of paperwork. So now we will fix them ourselves!!! Super unsatisfied!!! We spent thousands of dollars!!! Placed an online order and after order is placed. The store canceled my order. They claimed to not have stall mats but online system says otherwise. I got no email stating of a cancellation of my order. I place my order at this store because it was on my way home to the Bay Area. The management team at this store SUCKS!!!!!! Only giving tea or supply 2 starts because the woman on the phone was incredibly helpful and nice. I purchased something over a week and a half ago online and it showed that my item would ship in 2 days. It's now been over a week and a half and it's still in processing. Was given customer support info. Called and they said they have no idea when I will receive it. It's still "processing". I asked if I could cancel the order because I paid for something from Tractor Supply and had I known I would be waiting weeks to even get information on when it will be here, I would have paid the extra $30 to actually know when I was going to receive my order, and I would have already gotten it by now. I asked if I could speak with someone else who may be able to find out something more about my order and literally no words came out of their mouth. Straight silence. Honestly after the hassle of it all, and being told to just give it another week or 2. My animals cannot wait 2-3 weeks in total. It would have been that long had I gone with literally anywhere else. I'll probably just go spend more money and then just sit an hope I'll get an update about my purchase. read more

This place is a hidden gem. I had no idea but they sell high end cat food and dog food. I was In A pinch looking for tapeworm medicine for my cat. I went to 2 major pet stores and called another one. Low and behold Tractor Supply has it on the shelf. They have lots of cool hardware, clothing and stuff for kids. Will definitely return. read more

May 5th 2019.... walked into this place looking for another self watering bowl for my dogs which I have bought here before three girls working the front counter nobody said a word as my son and I walked in..looked all over for what I wanted could not find it try to get help nobody would help son asked me why we were walking around in circles. I stated because I couldn't find anybody to help us. The lady at the end of the aisle and looked up at me when I said this but still did not come help.finally headed out and three ladies standing at the register in the front in front of a cooler when it's 70° outside looking at their phones never even looked up to say goodbye to us as we walked out the door. I'm the type of person that likes to get what I'm looking for when I'm looking for it I don't like ordering online but that's what it's coming down to and they wonder why good stores are going out of business and Amazon is growing like wildfire. read more

Went to go pay for mini pig food and the cashier was very opinionated. She lacked knowledge of care for a mini pig she did not know the breeds of mini pigs and she didn't really encouraged me to come back. Her information was purely opinionated. Tractor Supply should tell their employees actual information on the animals that they sell products for or tell them to keep their opinions to themselves. read more

Don't go there for chicks if you are only looking to buy a couple. They won't sell less than 6 to a customer "to prevent people from buying them as pets". Apparently they don't believe in "pet chickens" and don't take into consideration that perhaps people only want to add a couple more to an already larger flock. read more

Full time farmer and was regular customer. Tractor Supply ssociate(s) was less than truthful. Still deciding if will return because of this. At this point will not return to a big box store unless we get an Atwoods around here. Have always preferred the knowledge and help from Exeter Mercantile. I do not put up with liers. read more
