Does the cashier look like she hates her life? Yes. But I found exactly what I was looking for, so that gets an A-OK from me. We started at the Dollar Tree looking for a cute box and colored pens and struck out. I really didn't want to pack a car hating child to go to Target when I still had to go to PDQ and they were in opposite directions, so I decided to try my luck at Ross. I know, most people shop at Ross for clothes, but their home goods section is rapidly expanding and they have great options. I found an awesome box and colored pens - neither were cheap looking, but they were cheap! Total win. I got to see the security guard in action when the cashier thought a family was trying to steal something. It was a miscommunication, but I've never seen a loss prevention officer before. It made me a little sad that they don't trust their patrons, but I'm sure they also have good reason. The cashier was actually super nice to my son, so there's that. We were in and out relatively quickly. Both the workers and patrons were friendly (they let me cut in line when they saw my son starting to flail). I will definitely come back to this Ross when I'm looking for something random.

Worst customer service ever I went to this location…read moreyesterday and grabbed a few items and when I got to the checkout area there were 4 lights on over 4 registers, 2 cashiers and 1 person standing behind the counter doing nothing. I understand that the lights over the register indicates that it is open for business, where were the cashiers and why did the one person that was standing there just turn the lights off if there were no cashiers. I went to put my items down to leave and she tried to tell me I had to wait. I just walked out. Now, I have been reading the reviews on google and yelp and there are a lot of the same comments being made over multiple years. Do they just not care why has nothing been done about it if that many people are complaining about the customer service then why not start by firing the hiring manager due to not being able to hire competent people. Why is TjMaxx just sending out standard apologies. After a couple times it's not acceptable Im with the others in that I think I will stay away from TjMaxx from now on.

She helped us find boots that met all of our requirements, tracked down the right sizes, and even helped my daughter pick out a straw hat that matches a variety of outfits. Izzy is always so friendly and enjoyable to chat with, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience. She genuinely cares about her customers, and it shows every time we visit. Honestly, if Boot Barn were closer to our house, we'd probably be there way too often!

Ollies finally has a branch near to me…read more They are similar to the one in Waters Avenue just a bit smaller. This store is in the former Big Lots on Florida/Bearss. It has a random selection of goods ranging from furniture, toiletries,food,shampoo toys that are always changing based on the stock they get from Walmart/Target etc The store is clean and the employees are friendly. The only real criticism I have is that the toy selection is much smaller and weaker than the Waters one. Barely any full size Transformers and more model kits. These type of places are good for Xmas/Thanksgiving decorations on the cheap or decorative gift bags though.

Linnie, the owner, was at the shop the day I stopped by and when I requested that I get the pants by the following Thursday she informed me that she was taking a week's vacation with family and it would have to be the following week. I nicely shared with Linnie that we were leaving on a vacation to Europe for 18 days and asked if there was any way I could get them before she took her week off. She very kindly and graciously obliged and had the pants ready to go the next day. Having someone truly care about their customers and take pride in their work, their craft is so welcome these days.
