Pet food warehouse has two self serve dog wash tubs that raises up (bye bye back aches), have different setting nozzles, and our favorite- a high powered blow drier to get our super shedder dry in 15 min or less! When you walk in, go to the counter and let them know you'd like to use the dog bath. They have a card you sign up with (after 12 washes, the next is free! We are still working on our 12 lol). After taxes it comes to about $17 a wash. They supply you with some soap as well. We get the snowflake and also bring our own deshedding shampoo to use. They will show you how everything works in the room, along with plenty of dry towels and treats for the doggos after they are clean! Mr Ernie loves the staff (they always give extra treats) and we usually get a thing or two while we're there (they have everything you could think of here!). Def recommend if you are looking for a self serve dog wash! *tip, first I think Sunday of each month the dog wash closes early for nail trims. We've made that mistake before lol

GREAT little store that serves quality options!!…read more I'm a big proponent of feeding your animals the best possible diet they can have. For the past 15 years I've fed a RAW diet, but used to have to drive a few towns over to the one store in my area that sold good quality raw food. It's awesome to see that it's really becoming mainstream. It's so great to be able to travel and find the same great quality food anywhere and not struggle or worry about how i'm going to feed my dogs. This is a smaller, boutique-style store but they try to pack a lot of quality options in there. The employees were really kind, too. I was looking for something specific and called ahead to see if they had it. the girl on the phone said they do carry the brand but wasn't 100% sure if the treats they had were the ones i wanted, but she said if it's not that she could most likely order it for me. I LOVE that kind of customer service! That's how you get people to come back. Luckily they did have what i was looking for, which was fabulous. And whoever helped me in-store was helpful. Besides food, they seemed to have the staples that most people would be looking for: Shampoos, Brushes, harnesses/leashes/collars, treats, poop-bags, etc.... Definitely recommend them if you're in the area and need dog or cat items!! They have GOOD QUALITY stuff, not the crap food you buy at wal-mart.

I rushed in with my little bird in a complete panic, not knowing what to do since I've never had to take a bird to the vet before. My animals are my family, and thankfully they're always healthy and well cared for, so this was terrifying for me. The moment I arrived, Loren exactly what to do and truly helped save her life. It took some time to get the bleeding to stop, and we were both scared at first, but thanks to Lauren's gentle, calm, and caring nature, she pulled through. Even sweet Coconut came over, seeming concerned because I was so upset. Anyone who has birds understands the real bond and connection you have with them. I've been taking my birds to Lauren for grooming for the past few years, and every single one of them is comfortable with him because he is always so patient and gentle. I will never take them anywhere else. Loren could have easily turned me away or sent me somewhere else, but instead he stepped in and helped us when we needed it most. That kindness is something I will never forget. Thank you again, Loren You are truly appreciated.
