Walking in for the first time was the cutest thing. I looked to my left and saw an area for the dogs to be able to sit for instagram photo ops. I just loved that. Right in front were tons of different toys and birthday treats which is exactly what we were interested in for our girls. The employees were friendly and asked if there was any assistance that we needed but with everything on beautiful display it wasn't hard for us to pick what items we wanted to get them. As an everyday expense, I would say that this is a little high-end but for special occasions I think it's just perfect to be able to spoil your furry best friend(s). Our girls especially love dog friendly ice cream and they have that available so that was one of the number one items on our list. Once we got home with the girl's gifts and they got to enjoy them, and I would say they definitely gave them two paws up.

In addition, the prices were very much comparable or better than most of the brick and mortar grooming establishments that I had contacted. I contacted Tammy and found her to be responsive, friendly, and she made it super easy to book. I have one 'special needs' boy who needs to be cut standing, which can be a chore. Tammy had no problem with that. She is a former veterianrian techinician and that was extra peace of mind for me. On the day of the appointment, she sent me a text to let me know she was on her way. She arrived on time and was able to pull her truck and grooming trailer right in front of the house. The trailer is self-contained and very clean. She ensured that she understood the type of cut I wanted and then greeted my dogs. They were very comfortable with her immediately and climbed right into the grooming trailer without hesitation. I was extremely pleased with the cuts. Tammy also gave me some great nutrition and care advice on an issue that no one else seems to be able to pinpoint. Her advice has really helped. I really appreciated the extra care and concern in addition to the fantastic grooming. The cute bows and bandanas were a super nice touch. I said "I will try to make it when I can." At 1201 I received a call from the shop asking when I was going to be there. The woman said, "I have been waiting since 1030. Are you almost here because I have to leave soon." I never promised to be there at a certain time other than their scheduled appointment which was at 12. Each of my dog's baths take at least half an hour so it did not make sense that she said she had to leave soon. Unprofessional and rude that this woman is frustrated that I did not come in earlier to accommodate HER.

I don't want to go advertising Jill's rates but I will say, for the quality of work she does, and the relief I have in knowing my cat was in the hands of someone who genuinely cares about his physical and mental wellbeing, I'd pay her $100 for a haircut if that's what it took to have her groom Puddy again. Drop-off and pick-up are straightforward, and they stay close to the estimated timing. The staff handles Maxim appropriately, which is important for a larger, high-energy breed. Outcome: Poor Communication, Lack of corrective action when concerns presented and up charges for items not discussed. I wrote a review soon after I unfortunately chose this place to board my elderly shorkie who has a 6/6 heart murmur and GI issues when I had to fly across the country to see my mother who's battling lymphoma. I was late arriving to check my dog in prior to my flight due to work and was nearly ran off the road by a road rager and was upset for viable reasons. When I was beginning the check in process with who I later learned is the "Owner" of this dump, he told me "Look, you are all over the place I need you to forget whatever happened prior to now and check your dog in." This was so off-putting, rude and unprofessional and I wanted to leave and not board my dog. However, I was running late to get to the airport for my flight. My dog was super sick with a horrible cough she has not ever had, was extremely lethargic and not wanting to eat anything. I had to spend hundreds of dollars at the vet and spend countless hours trying to nurse her back to health. In fact, her vet diagnosed her as terminal and suspected her heart medication was not properly dispensed. During my dog's stay, while out of state caring for my ill mother, I tried calling daily to check on my dog and also struggled getting the camera that was "free" for first-time customers and the "Owner" was so rude upon check in when I asked how to access the camera, he explained so quickly and rudely I had to call to ask how to access. Immediately upon learning how sick my dog was, I called several times asking for information about my dog and whether she had symptoms while boarded. I repeatedly asked for the "Owner" to call me back and he never did. I then wrote the review. Immediately after posting the review, I received a text from the "Owner" and a phone call. He claimed he had my phone number wrong. He offered to help reimburse me some of the vet charges and begged me to remove the review stating he would continue to monitor my dog's health and my review would "ruin his small business". I refused to remove it and explained how rude he was upon check in and he made excuses but there is none. I told his employee what happened and what he said to me during check in and she was appalled and apologized profusely but then said he is the "Owner". As soon as I removed the review, he stopped responding to me, so I sent another text and he went off on me stating many rude things include my mom's cancer was not his problem. Beyond disgusting, heartless and mean and he stated I was supposed to keep him posted. It's taken me time to post this because of trying to help my mom best I can and it took months to restore my dog's health, and I am a single mom of two who just had 6 consecutive layoffs. The least he could have done was offer a partial refund but nope. I would not at all trust this cruel, rude and unprofessional man who clearly doesn't care about animals or people.
