He usually goes in for a bath and nail trim, and each visit leaves his coat clean, well-brushed, and under control. They handle heavy shedding well without overdoing it, and they always finish him off with a bandana, which is a nice touch. Customer service has been reliable and efficient over the years. Drop-off and pick-up are straightforward, and they stay close to the estimated timing. The staff handles Maxim appropriately, which is important for a larger, high-energy breed. The shop itself is clean and organized. The location is easy to access, and parking has not been an issue during my visits. It is a convenient setup for routine grooming without unnecessary hassle.

Always paid in full and alerted to concerns last two times with no resolution or offer to correct. Took several months off to allow hair to grow out even and get a fresh grooming start. Owner and team agreed that they saw my notes on account, then the day I brought in I discussed again concerns and history. Came to pick up and had an additional $40 charge for mat removal, that was not discussed or called to me. They stated we don't call to alert to additional cost/fees..WHAT? So, no need to address the cost associated to the service, I am just expected to cover no discussion? Please note, if called I would have approved if I understood the need, but while there could be areas to remove it was not anything of known nature or huge impact. Outcome: Poor Communication, Lack of corrective action when concerns presented and up charges for items not discussed. Be aware, services were wonderful until mid 2024 now I am questioning my provider options.

She was punctual, professional, and clearly cares about what she does. Only one of my dogs was scheduled but she graciously agreed to do all three. They came back looking great, smelling fresh, and (somehow) happier than when they went in. Leanna puts a lot of attention into the details, and she never rushes through anything. If you're in their service area and looking for a groomer who's reliable and truly great at what they do, I highly recommend Leanna and Angie's Mobile Pet Styling. Don't use for cats…read more Finding a mobile pet groomer that will groom cats has proven difficult in Tampa. We've used Angie's mobile pet styling for probably a year and a half to two years, every 4-6 months, for our ragdoll cat. My suspicion is they have a retention problem as we've had three different groomers at least over the last 18 months. Which then leads to a quality and consistency problem. This most recent grooming-which cost $180 with tip by the way, not only did they leave his fur all over our front lawn and leave his ears uncleaned and filthy-They cut nearly all of his whiskers on his right side. You don't have to be a cat person to know it's a huge NO to cutting their whiskers. When I called to tell them what happened they did apologize for the fur on the lawn but then said that they "googled it" and that trimming a cat's whiskers being problematic was an "old wives tale" And that the groomer said our cat moved when she was grooming around his face so it was an accident. He threw up no less than 10 times over the next week. Prompting us to call the vet who confirmed that trimming the whiskers of a cat causes anxiety, disorientation and vomiting. Accidents happen but it's the lack of ownership for me and the "I googled it" that prompted this review. No comments needed from the owner unless it's to announce my refund.

Walking in for the first time was the cutest thing. I looked to my left and saw an area for the dogs to be able to sit for instagram photo ops. I just loved that. Right in front were tons of different toys and birthday treats which is exactly what we were interested in for our girls. The employees were friendly and asked if there was any assistance that we needed but with everything on beautiful display it wasn't hard for us to pick what items we wanted to get them. As an everyday expense, I would say that this is a little high-end but for special occasions I think it's just perfect to be able to spoil your furry best friend(s). Our girls especially love dog friendly ice cream and they have that available so that was one of the number one items on our list. Once we got home with the girl's gifts and they got to enjoy them, and I would say they definitely gave them two paws up.
