We have been using them over two years, yesterday was the last time we used their service. Understaffed, rude receptionist and apparently the new owner doesn't care about keeping the customers happy. This place has been changed dramatically and it's Very sad. read more

I've been here once with my 2 small dogs and I felt like the grooming they both received looked great. The customer service was nice and the place seemed clean. I was excited to bring them back for a second appointment. I scheduled their appointment for 12 PM. I received a call at 1030 AM from the shop asking if I wanted to come in earlier than 12. I said "I will try to make it when I can." At 1201 I received a call from the shop asking when I was going to be there. The woman said, "I have been waiting since 1030. Are you almost here because I have to leave soon." I never promised to be there at a certain time other than their scheduled appointment which was at 12. Each of my dog's baths take at least half an hour so it did not make sense that she said she had to leave soon. Unprofessional and rude that this woman is frustrated that I did not come in earlier to accommodate HER. read more

My Yorkie can be a bit difficult to groom and I am very picky about who I leave her with. She was beautifully groomed here and seemed happy when I picked her up so I will be going back. read more

I've been to many groomers in the area (new here) and by far they have done the best job. No ridges from uneven clipping. They are awesome! read more

A Pet Spa Grooming - Tilly after her Spa Day - Pet Groomers Near Me - Palm Harbor, Florida

Fresh from her grooming! Chloe loved her spa day! She came out smelling like lavender and her coat is so soft. Her green bandana is so cute and stands out on her dark coat. Christine and her staff are so friendly. I'm not from the area but Chloe needed grooming. I was nervous about using another groomer but I can say that I have no worries taking Chloe back. Thanks so much for a great experience! read more

I was referred to this groomer by my vet, Dr. Tanko. Because my past groomer moved on, I went to another groomer, unnamed, and my CoCo came home with 2 small "ulcers" (scratches) on her eyeball. So I was weary to go anywhere, but CoCo is a Pomeranian and HAS to be groomed! I am so grateful that I found A Pet Spa Groomer! Lisa did the best cut we've ever had! CoCo had some matts but Lisa found a way to still have CoCo's cut come out looking, similar to Boo, the famous Pomeranian. However, it was about $20 more than I'm used to spending. But I guess you can't put a price on piece of mind! I will continue to happily bring my dog there. read more

A Pet Spa Grooming - I can't find a before, but here's an after. - Pet Groomers Near Me - Palm Harbor, Florida

Good prices and nice work. Love that they offer teeth brushing and the scent they used on our pup was fabulous!

I have had both our dogs (Havanese) groomed at this business for many years and have been extremely pleased with their service. Unfortunately, one passed away 2 years ago and my other pooch passed away this week. I highly recommend this business and if we get another dog(s) we will certainly be patronizing them again. They have always done a fantastic job with each grooming. read more

This place does a really good job for grooming for my Yorkie. She always comes out beautiful and happy. They even put a cute bow/ bandana on her. The girl who usually does my dog is Ashley. I would recommend her if you have a small dog!! read more

After today's experience, we are not definitely bringing back our puppy to this place. They were not able to do a full grooming on him, but still got charged for a full price. They only did a bath/trim around his eyes and got charged the same price that we have paid before for a full groom. We don't mind paying for the amount, but they should get the job done or somehow done. Or at least, let us know. After, calling to other different groomers, I'm so disappointed about this place integrity. I will definitely take my pup somewhere else. My pup still looks the same all fluffy. I pretty much donated my money to this place. First time experience was amazing, that's the reason we went back , but today's experience was a total failure. read more

So my cat needed a bath, but where to take him? Most grooming salons only cater to dogs. Then I found this place. The location is a little tricky but easy enough to find once you've been in. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It's not a large shop, but that makes it a more intimate experience/environment, and I'm ok with that. I've taken both my dogs and my cat in. They did a great job on all and didn't have an issue with my precise preferences. All of the animals were relaxed and happy when we arrived to pick them up. This is now the only place I'll take my Scottish Fold kitty to be groomed before shows. read more

They do a great job. We actually drive out of our way to take our dog there. I highly recommend this place.

Brought my labs in for a much needed grooming appointment. My work schedule makes it hard for me to get them in at their previous groomer so this was my first appointment here and they were more than helpful finding time for me on a Saturday. They did a great job, will definitely be continuing with grooming service here. read more

I just brought my cat here and they were wonderful with her, she really has a gift of calming your pet through the process. She also listened to what I wanted out of her cut and did exactly what I wanted. I will absolutely be returning again and again and would recommend this place to anyone else looking to groom their pets. read more

They have the best staff!!! I have taken my golden retriever here for almost a year now when I'm in the area visiting family. I haven't found a groomer comparable to them yet! From the moment she walks in she is greeted with smiling faces and immediately gets excited to be there. My dog has been to many grooming salons in her 8 years and this is the ONLY one where she isn't shaking when I leave her. Their salon smells great and is so clean for bathing dogs all day! They listen to your requests and follow them exactly. They also always give me a detailed report on how everything went when I pick her up. I recommend A Pet Spa Grooming to any and every pet owner. read more

I feel like I just have to leave another review - it's been two years since I wrote my last review where I claimed I was so impressed that I felt we would be loyal customers, and guess what! Here I am two years later still raving about this groomer! We are indeed loyal customers and always have the most pleasurable experience, and our dogs do too. They are literally smiling when I come to pick them up! The owners are truly wonderful people who are passionate about their work and adore all fur babies that enter. The grooming is top notch and the prices are the best around. I just can't say enough good things!! read more

We took our two shih tzus in today and we got back entirely new dogs! We recently moved to Florida and our little Bandit is very feisty so we were worried about how he would react to a new groomer but Amanda did such an incredible job. If you are looking for talented but caring groomers this is the place to go! I have had a couple of bad experiences at groomers with my slightly hyper yorkie and they not only made him look amazing but they said he was calm and well behaved the whole time! They asked a lot of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and he looks so so so good. And he smells awesome too. And all at a very good price. Thanks Chrissy and crew!! read more

I love love love this Pet Spa! I had several recommendations for this place from friends and I regretfully ended up going somewhere less expensive. Big Mistake... That saying is true that you get what you pay for. I met Kala at Barktoberfest and after speaking with her, I just knew I'd be in good hands so I gave this place a try. I have a mini schnauzer and I wanted someone really good doing that type of cut. I've seen some things I didn't like at other places so I was very nervous about leaving her. Kala kept in touch with me, and even sent me a picture so I knew she was doing fine. Erica was her groomer and all I can say is WOW, what a difference. She looks absolutely beautiful and she did exactly what I asked for. She came out happy and I was ecstatic. Erica is so sweet, you can see she takes pride in her work. Her love of dogs is apparent. This grooming experience was worth every cent and I will not be taking her anywhere else. read more

Love this groomer, absolutely the best! I have 3 dogs I routinely take to here for grooming, always, always friendly service. They are very kind to the dogs and take great care of them. I tried several groomers before finding A PET SPA and I will always keep them here. The owner is very caring, keeps notes on each dog and knows what they are afraid of or what they need to make them a little more comfortable and is always accommodating and gentle, especially with our blind dog who needs a little more care. They really care about pets, and it shows in the service you receive and their care with each dog, cannot say enough great things about this place! read more

We are new to the area, and we had always bathed our dogs at home. Due to the lovely black sand in our back yard, we decided it was time to take our dogs, Daisy and Diggory, to a "spa." We checked out Yelp reviews and luckily found A Pet Spa Grooming. Daisy went first. The staff acknowledged my concerns about this first for Daisy, and quickly got Daisy acclimated to the spa. When we picked her up, she was mot just beautiful, she was happy!! Diggory went the next day (a first for him, too). When we picked him up, he was too busy schmoozing with the staff to take note of his parents. He loved the staff!! We could not be more pleased with our experiences. The spa obviously loves their clients (human and canine). And we love them all, too. read more

After moving to the area, we tried several local groomers - all with very disappointing results. We had started to drive back to our groomer in the Orlando area just to avoid the stress we experienced with a couple of the area grooming salons. We decided to try A Pet Spa and we were absolutely thrilled with the results! They take excellent care of both of our girls and they have looked adorable each time they've been groomed. The team really takes the time to listen and they clearly care about the dogs. We would highly recommend this salon! read more
