I purchased a tractor implement from this location and made the hour drive to pick it up only to find out my order was cancelled because "they couldn't find it.". The manager said they believed it was under a 30' mound of snow from the plow trucks. Directly across from this mound are all the other County Line implements. This one, however, is under snow. Maybe. Joke of customer service. My 9 yo daughter says "wow, she was rude", and rude is a nice way of putting it. I wouldn't consider this tractor supply as a last resort moving forward. Customer service loses another customer which is shocking with so much competition you just dispose of customers who spend thousands at your stores yearly. Not anymore. read more

Prices are a lot higher than even Giant!!! However, they're pretty well stocked, and the employees are fairly nice. Good selection as well.

Employee there mocked a customer, manager didn't even do anything. That's not how to conduct business with customers.

Poor customer service! Went in to purchase box rails for barn doors. There were none on the floor display, so I found a store associate coming out of the back, and I asked him if there were any available. He responded with a flippant directive to have me go to the cashier in the front of the store and have them "call it back." There were several people in line, and I was out of time, so I just left. As far as I could tell these were the only two employees in the store. There was no one at the customer service desk, which I thought was fitting given the way I was treated. My disappointment has as much to do with the tone of his response as it did with the fact that he was not willing to help me directly. In my life I have been a worker bee and a manager, and if I was the boss and had witnessed this situation, I would have fired this person on the spot. I'm sad because I like TSC, and I have come here many times, but I will not be coming back to this Pottstown PA location. read more

This Tractor Supply is the worst I have ever been to. They are constantly out of stock of feed, shelves are empty and the place is dirty. Thankfully one opened closer to me so I don't have to to go here much anymore. I went the other day because I had an appointment over that way. The had a pallet of my feed ( first time for everything). It appeared wet. But it wasn't dripping wet and I thought maybe it was just humidity. They had a fan blowing on it so I asked a manager what was going on. He says "Neutrena plant has a problem with paper mites" I never heard of them so I asked what they are and he says "well they eat bags and tags". I said should I be worried about bribing them into my barn? And he says no it always happens. Funny, I've been buying this food for 4 years and never saw this. It was late and I needed the feed so I only bought one bag and figured I would research it. I immediately called Neutrena and asked about paper mites. They had never heard of them. I got home and opened the bag and didn't like what it looked like so I didn't put it in my feed bins. The next day I went to carry the bag up to the trash can ( there goes $17) and it was covered in the things and they had traveled and were all over the outside of my feed bin. So gross. Totally wiped down everything and now the mites are all over my trash can and everytime I go to the barn I clean them up from the outside of my feed bins. What a nightmare. Needless to say I went to my new tractor supply in harleysville and the feed is fine. No mites. I fee like it's not a Neutrena problem but a dirty disgusting Tractor Supply in Pottstown. They need to just close this location. Staff is clueless too. I went looking for a simple part for a garden hose and I got blank stare at from three staff members. Like literally had no words just stared at me. Just a hose, not rocket science. read more
