I guess he didn't care or didn't have the time. we exchanged bags for others, as you see they were also full of weevils as well. He did offer a refund but what was the sense, car was already full of the insects. He didn't offer to treat the car. I will never spend another penny at this place, way to many other business needing income. Now I have to treat my car for these bugs.

The new battery was a dud that only lasted a little over 2 months by cutting the yard three times. When calling them up they informed me they couldn't do anything because the battery warranty was three months and I was over by a few days when I called. They never even informed me that when I got the lawn mower back from them. Very suspicious work and replacement parts. I won't be doing any more business with them or recommend other to trust their repairs.

I took my dog for a grooming appointment and added the soothe and repair package, due to her skin…read moresensitivities and allergies this time of year. She was scheduled with the groomer, Danielle, who was the rudest human being I have ever met. I did not feel comfortable leaving my dog alone with her, so I walked around the store and watched her groom my dog. When my dog was ready to be picked up, she complained that I watched and said I made my dog more anxious. My dog couldn't see me, as her back was to the wall, and I believe Danielle was mad that I watched because she knew she wasn't doing right by her. She cut my dog's quick and also gave her a rash on her stomach. When I told the store, they gave me a refund, but nobody cared that my dog was harmed, instead, they made excuses. My dog has had her nails trimmed countless times and NEVER has been cut, and they told me this is normal. She also has white nails where you can literally see the quick so there's no excuse. My dog is now limping and has a bright red belly with bumps all over it, so clearly the upgraded package did NOTHING. I will NEVER bring my dog back here and will NEVER shop here again. The staff is completely unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. My dog was treated poorly, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, I was then treated poorly. If you decide to risk bringing your dog here, just make sure Danielle doesn't get a hold of it.

My husband looked around and sound some items he needed for the garden, and chickens. I was asked by every employee I passed if I needed help, which I love. We use to drive over to TS but now that we know about this little gem we can get what we need a little closer to home.
