Some slightly more elevated brands that maybe you can't find at PetSmart but that's it. The girl working the counter was incredibly rude. She was on the phone talking loudly for at least 5 minutes. Said she was talking to her boss to a customer she was ringing up at the register but then talked about personal stuff on the phone. The store is very small and cramped. Even though it's a pet store it's not dog friendly. The girl never acknowledged my dog. I asked if they had any local baked dog treats like most small individual dog stores do, she pointed me to a shelf of big brand dog treats. I clarified and she was clueless and then said no. Waited at the register to buy something and she was looking at paperwork on a clipboard even though we were directly in front of her with our wallet out. Asked for a sweet potato treat. She shoves the container from her side of the counter at us. I asked for a bag for it. She expected me to go in there with my hands and take it. Immediately started ignoring us after we paid. It's a cute name but that's about it.

I went into redeem some coupons I had and the exact items I needed were not available and the owner was willing to see if she could order them. Since it was trial sized and just two cans of food, I did not want to bother her with it since coupons were expiring. The following week, I got a coupon for a size of dog food that I saw that the shop carried. I was able to get a $18.99 bag of premium dog food for just the cost of sales tax which made me very happy. They carry lots of specialty treats for your furry companions.

The team leaves the most detailed daily visit updates AND takes the cutest pictures of my cat (always Instagram worthy!). My cat, Tinky, has FIV and I've left her in their care during a few rough patches with her health. They go above and beyond in so many ways. I've never once doubted their judgement and when she was constipated I really felt like they wanted her to poop JUST as much as I did :) They even brought her some pumpkin treats to help the process along! I usually leave Tinky in their care around the holidays and her birthday happens to be December 26th. Every year I tear up at the video they send of them singing Happy Birthday to my precious daughter when I'm unable to be there. I trust Dogzilla and Cat Cong completely and would recommend them to every cat/dog owner who is looking for a trustworthy, communicative, and professional sitter. So glad we did! I was worried initially about leaving our 2 kitties who have been with us 24/7 since the start of the year. Nigel was able to get them comfortable and purring on the first visit. He kept them to their routine, gave them plenty of play-time and attention. They were pampered and happy. He is a gem. After each visit, we received a detailed report and wonderful pictures.
