Buyer Beware: Legg Creek Farm is the worst in Texas in our opinion, and should be investigated by the Texas Dept of Agriculture! In a repeated pattern Legg Creek delivered cherry trees which never leaf out & died (we wrote it off), then apple trees (we wrote it off again), then plum trees (another write off)!! We kept trying to support Texas Growers but Legg Creek Farm is such a joke... On the up side we did have some luck with Legg Creek Farm Elberta Peach Trees... BUT, the last straw was in 2023, as we ordered 16 Majestic Peach Trees, Legg Creek Farm delivered the saddest & most pathetic, 6 were actually delivered (DOA) Dead On Arrival, others never leafed out, Majestic, that's funny!?! Legg Creek Farm should rename them as "Pathetic & Pitiful" Peach Trees, if they actually believed in truth in advertising which they don't... It's against the law to sell dead trees!! They could not duplicate my worn out key cuz the key no longer had the fine details needed to work. They gave me a price to fabricate a new key for my old truck. They must have used the internet to make the new key. After about 20 minutes they came out and sold me my new master key and some duplicate keys as per their price quote. So, 100% of our service in the past two years has been poor. I do not know if these drivers are overworked and cannot meet the demands or if the center is poorly managed, but there is a consistent breakdown in our shipping track once our packages reach Nacogdoches. The two times this center was used in the past two years was because we had no choice; both times, it was a hassle. (The first time, our package was given to a thief who just drove up but refused to sign or produce ID. He was given our package anyway. The second, the package said "Out for Delivery" for two days with no attempted delivery on the first day.) They either need to hire more drivers, train them better, or pay them more. My guess is all three. I tend to believe that the problem lies with companies or managers who just do not treat people well enough for their performance to matter or who extort employees for their labor without fair compensation. In any case, until FedEx looks into and solves the issues at the Nacogdoches ship center, our household will not be choosing them.
