I wanted to surprise her with some flowers and from the very beginning James made sure he got every detail in order to make the surprise happen just the way I needed to. He also guaranteed me that there would be the other 2 main flowers in the color that I ordered. Upon arrival, none of the 3 main flowers were in the bouquet. It was filled with mostly filler flowers of lesser value, and in a completely different vase than the one that was ordered. It looked decent, but was nothing like the bouquet I paid for. I did not appreciate being lied to you, especially after they had 1 out of 3 main flowers that were needed in the fridge. He offered me only 1. The photo of the upgraded bouquet I paid for had at least 5 of them. No thank you! Still waiting on my $87 refund. Decent looking flowers if you can actually get what you paid for. Customer service definitely lacking. If you don't have what we paid for, please be honest with your customers so they can look elsewhere. Especially while in mourning. A little sympathy goes a long way. So disappointing. Luckily, we found exactly what we were looking for with another local florist.

He was super amazing. I needed him to put it in a specific spot that wasn't real easy to get the truck into and he did it PERFECTLY!!!! With a huge smile on his face! FOUR! It was ridiculous. When I FIRST called, she asked for our address. I gave it and she quoted the cost of the mulch plus $145 delivery charge. Fine. When we drove over to confirm the order a couple of days later, she then quoted $165. I asked her, "What changed?". She said, "I didn't look your address up." What? How did you quote $145? She just shrugged. I called a couple of days before delivery to confirm and THAT TIME, she quoted $135 delivery. Ok, thanks. THEN, on the day of delivery, she called and said the delivery charge would be $160. Just very shady. Get your quotes in writing.
