We went to the counter and I told the gentleman of my new purchase and he thoroughly cleaned it and put a new coil in. While he was doing this, my bf, who also vapes, was talking about some trouble he was having with one of his mods. These gentlemen were VERY knowledgeable and offered some handy tips. They offered their services without any pressure. We also learned that many of their ejuices are from local ( some not necessarily from Lufkin) manufacturers. Since I prefer to support local businesses, this was definitely a plus for me even though I make my own juice. They didn't try to "sell" me on switching to a different juice but said that if I ever wanted to try some, they had a large selection. There is a selection of mods and tanks to choose from and they answered every question we had about the models we were curious about. There is also a drive thru which I could see being convenient if you need to swing by and pick up juice or coils. However, if you want to just relax, watch some tv, read, or just hang out for a bit, this place offers a comfortable, clean and well-lit area to do it in. I get that everyone is human. I never complained and continued to support this pharmacy. However, after today I am done. I need a specific medication for migraines that is taken monthly. I sent my refill in on the app like I always do. I went to pick it up and after waiting about 15 minutes they tell me I need a PA. I asked the tech, confused, "Since when?" She responded very rudely with, "Since now. You'll have to call your doctor tomorrow." I informed her that I never needed a PA before and it just seemed odd that I do now. I called my insurance and they fixed the issue right away. I go back in and they are already working on it, which is great. Then they tell me my coupon for my co-pay (which is $200) isn't working. I download a new one, activate it, and give them that. Still apparently isn't working. At this point I've been waiting inside the pharmacy for an hour and a half and they are technically closed. I'm now being told (by the same rude tech) that I'll have to try again tomorrow because... wait for it... THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE IT IN STOCK. I would love to know why I wasn't informed of this from the start. Instead of being with my kids after working all day, I sat in a pharmacy for over an hour and a half for no reason. They were also very rude when we called with the issue. I would recommend Surplus Warehohse for the prices, but I will not be using the Nacogdoches location for my future needs. We are unable to find a sink that even fits the cabinet that they sold us. When we tried to call and ask for suggestions on where we could find a sink that fits, they said that it wasn't their job to know what kind of sink would fit. They couldn't even suggest a place that would have a sink that fits their cabinets!
