One of the 2 blow dryers works. Watch for sharp edges on the wash tub. I do like the rubber mats in the tub. They need to supply a mop to help dry up the floor or some rubber mats here too. Brush selection is not good. I recommend you bring your own. The spray nozzle is also broken so either you leave it run or shut off the water. So my recommendation to management is to check for necessary repairs and maintenance daily and correct broken equipment. One of the tables also has the trim wrap falling off.

If someone orders an item and decides to return it of their own accord, I believe it's reasonable for that person to pay for shipping and handling. However, if someone places an order and the company does not fulfill that order in any way/shape or form, the ethical thing is for the company to offer a full refund minus shipping and handling charges. Based on my experience and their unethical practices, I will never do business with this company again. They are essentially trying to make me pay for a product I never received.
