Grooming!! The first trip for my two was wonderful. Maddy did a great job. So, a week ago, I booked them for a bath with Victoria. I don't believe they actually got baths with water, shampoo and conditioner. I do believe they got some sort of chemical dry bath and semi-brush out....$73 later, I brought them home and bathed both of them to get that horrible smell out. Horrible service.. my dog fell off the table and was hanging by his neck. We were watching from the front where you can see right into the grooming station. We gave it one more try and they had him for 5 hours. Never telling us that would be so long ... he was in a crate all that time. They always go above and beyond to help. The thank you note included in our delivery order is an extra step most companies don't take. When ordering after 1pm I expect to receive our order the following day but they will almost always get it to us the same day. read more

If I could give -5 stars, I would. My boyfriend and I were looking to get a pet rat and while looking, I noticed one of the rats were very sick and seemed like they were already passing away. I let an employee know and she had an attitude. She said, "K be there in a second." We waited for someone to come and a different employee showed up, put the rat in a little box and walked away. While we continued looking at the small pets, we heard the 2 female employees laughing and joking about the rat that was very severely sick. There were water bottles tipped over in the terrariums and were extremely poorly managed. Multiple beta fish in little cups and majority of them were in horrible conditions. There was NO EMPATHY for these living, breathing animals and it was an extremely terrible experience. There was an older man at the register who was so sweet and very caring though and that was the only pleasant experience. read more

We have been loyal customers since the store opened. In fact, we adopted our beautiful cat who was on display from "All 4 Paws" in Pawley's Island. Since then, we have spent hundreds of dollars for supplies there. We were in the store recently when they were marking down cans of cat food behind the register. I bought 8 cans, 5 of which she would not touch and were thrown out. One of the cans smelled putrid when I opened it. I decided to exchange the last three cans was told I could not exchange them because they were marked down. As I said, I got them at the second register near the cat cages with no mention of not taking exchanges. The nasty young man pointed to the other side of the store and said there's the sign. What a terrible way to do business! For a $6.00 exchange, this store has lost a customer forever. What a terrible way to do business. Buyer beware! read more

When I arrived within the time frame of the extra window...I waited for over ten minutes. When someone finally came she was rude and wouldn't take my appointment. Took my Shihpo in at 10am this morning. First one to check in. There were another 5 dogs behind to check in. I called at 1p she wasn't ready. Groomer said give her to 2p. I showed up at 2:05p. (4 hours later) groomer said give her another 15-20 minutes. No you are not going to do a hurry up job on my Willow. I need to take her now. I have to be somewhere at 2:30p. She bought Willow out and all they had done in 4 hours was bath her. She has been in a cage all along. They tried to make it right by taking $30 off & being apolitical. Stopped in to get some info on self serve dog bathing and they had an excellent special at the time ( 5 baths/$25) . People were very friendly and helpful and bath area was clean and user friendly. My dog is a huge PIA to bathe and the Lady working there was very sweet and helpful in getting my dog washed . Wanted to get a nail trimming but tech was booked for the day . Hoping to make an appointment and get back there to try that service . Highly recommend them , especially with other drop off services running upwards of $75 ! read more

Was recommended to check this store out and I'm really glad I did. Very helpful staff, clean enclosures, and they adopt out cats, and not just kittens, but a lot of adult cats. They also have a donation of cat food/treats that you can buy at checkout to help them out. They have a huge selection of baked treats for dogs too. Really like shopping here and supporting a smaller business instead of going to PetSmart or Petco. read more
