But anyways, I've been to other locations with my dad and we find some great items! Anyways, went here to get a gift card. Went right up to the cashier, who was pleasant and had a warm smile. Sycronicity bank that is their credit card holder charged me for what was never delivered for 6 months after I cancelled the order 12 weeks in. I fought and got my money back. Then sycronicty bank actually (Ukrainian National Federal Bank) started charging my ACH account and took $1300 from me. My pathetic bank Wells Fargo told me my beef is with them. Sycronicity bank when called wants my full social, after only giving them last 4 and name " they have no record of me in their system" Harbor Freight won't talk to me only AI because I have no account number? Wells Fargo has had me wait 3 ten business day periods to deny because "my name is on the account" this is absurd at best. My suggestion stay as far as you can away from a harbor freight credit card as you can. You will be taken!

Horrible Customer Service! Our company has spent over $60,000.00 dollars with Lumber Express within…read morethe last 12 months. Less than 2 weeks ago we purchased an air compressor from them that quit working a couple of days ago. We tried to return if for AN EXCHANGE, not a refund and they would not take it back. They only offered to send it at to the manufacturer for repair and we were told it would take 4 weeks to get it back. Really? What are my worker's suppose to do in the meantime? We had to buy a new compressor from Lowes just to keep working. We had the receipt in hand to exchange the compressor and was basically shown the door. We will NEVER buy another single thing from them and would caution everyone to shop else where is you want a company to stand behind their product.
