I shop at Tractor supply for all my pet and farm needs. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The manager Mary is the BEST. Prices are decent also. read more

You know sometimes you are just having a bad day and a little kindness from a complete stranger can change that all around for you. This was the case for me today, Chris was a very positive person with a great attitude, and did something very nice for me today at tractor supply in Murrieta. Thank you Chris, it was very kind of you to turn my day around. The rest of the staff is always friendly, Welcome you when you come through the door, and are very helpful with any questions you have., my favorite store. read more

Alex at the Murrieta store is AMAZING! She helped me find an XL Dogloo, at a nearby store. She made my problem, her #1 priority! I'm a big fan of TSC, thanks to Alex! read more

I guess I can't figure out how this chain is in business. I suppose there is a niche market they serve. Forget about hardware, tools, etc. Go to one of the bigger box stores, or Harbor Freight, or even ACE. The prices at TSC are not competitive. For the Clinton Keith location specifically, the folks are friendly, but not terribly knowledgeable. The store conditions aren't great. I suspect management (at the store and above) are mostly to blame. Go elsewhere! read more

System or service is so incredible. I don't remember the girls name but she was working yesterday around 6 PM long blonde hair with braided pigtails. Whoever the manager is needs to give her something for how incredible she was. read more

1 cash register open while 4 employees stand at the next cash register working on 1 phone call. 5 people waiting in line. Always out of products. Called corporate to voice my concern and waited 14 minutes on hold and then it hung up on me. Each store has different pricing? That is totally bizarre. Was told I could order on line and have it shipped to store. Why do I need a store or employees. These companies wonder why we are moving away from brick and mortar? I actually get treated better by a robot. How sad. Walt read more

Best place to get pet food! I love this store, neat decor, & so much more than I thought they would have here. Alan helped me pick a new dog food. Absolute sweetheart! Clean store, great new place to shop. I love it. read more

Love Tractor Supply! I've been to this location two or three times now. They processed an exchange on a defective poultry water fountain without hassle even without a receipt. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. It was hilarious to listen to one of the employees explain backyard chickens to a customer (the customer made a point of making sure everyone heard he was a lawyer); the lawyer just didn't have a clue! But the employee was patient with him, and for that I applaud him. Great prices, great selection, quality merchandise, and fantastic service. See you again soon! read more

Love this place !!!! If you need it they got it!!Watch out Home Depot/ Lowes TractorSupply is here!!!! If You need it come to Tractor Supply they have it an more!!!! read more

Tractor Supply - Pet Stores Near Me - Murrieta, California

I'll cancel my card !! Soon this is scam ... they charged me 134 for dollars for something I never ! Never !! Bought !!

Worst customer service ever I walked in the store prepared to spend several thousand dollars on buying panels for my horses a worker by the name of Danielle rolls her eyes at me when I ask for help and refused to help with pricing and such I do not recommend the store to any horse person read more

I think that I want to be a farmer/rancher in my next life just so that I can have a legitimate reason for coming to Tractor Supply! I've been here a couple of times. They have an enormous selection of various kinds of feed (darn, I forgot to check for duck food yesterday!), various mechanical parts for just about anything that you can think of for a farm, ranch, tractor, etc. And they even have a decent selection of (mostly) work clothes and shoes. Picked up two pairs of jeans for $12/each! Wife has also found some fun clothing - lots of patriotic stuff. I am sort of surprised seeing so many of these places going in around here recently. I have never seen this one busy. Hope that they survive - it is a fun place to walk through, and you never know what you may find that you desperately need that you did not realize that you desperately needed! read more

I placed an online order July 3 floor over 150 pounds of dog food to this day it hasn't come yet I called and spoke with the store manager Sharon as requested Tru asked for a complementary bag to hold us over because I've already had to buy dog food three times waiting on the shipment as a employee of the company she has the power to do so for our inconvenience she took my phone number Friday and said she would call me back this is Sunday night no return call very bad representation of the company from a manager. I won't ever go there again bad customer service and they have my money for over 150 pounds of dog food she said she's not just gonna give it a way. She said she spoke to someone to verify my order but she never called me back read more

Worst check out experience for any TSC I have ever shopped at - loyal customer here - but seriously, this particular location is consistently the worst experience (even pre-covid) it's agony - I will drive the Hemet instead read more

I went to this store on Clinton Keith in Murrieta and they blatantly lied to me. I asked if they carry pet Antibiotics and canine vaccines and they told me California passed a bill making it illegal for them to sell pet products. I called Kahoos in down town Murrieta and The Roundup feed store in Wildomar and they both carry antibiotics and vaccines ( except rabies). Why lie to a customer? Plus a had my puppy vaccinated at their store and it cost $65.00! I could have done it myself for $7.00. read more

Every time I go to the Murrieta location there are plenty of helpful employees. Everyone seems to genuinely like to help customers. Tammy helped me today with an order I had purchased online and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I then made a purchase in the store and Heather was so nice. She made me feel welcome and appreciated. read more

I purchased some parts there and the woman working at the front was very kind and helpful. She did everything right, great to have someone that displays kindness. read more

This store is the BEST! We originally went in to just check it out and boy I am glad we did. First off their customer service is OUTSTANDING, I mean truly, everyone is eager to help, answer any questions, and just so friendly. Nice change of pace compared to other stores. This is our go to for our dog food, better prices (also bigger bags!), and a really great selection to boot. They also got us all set up for our new chicks and despite growing up with chickens they had some great advice and tips I had never heard before. If you want to feel like you are just chatting with a neighbor instead of pushy sales people, or people who are not interested in actually assisting you with anything, check this store out! read more

I made my first visit to this store because I happen to be in the area and needed feed for my animals...as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the manager and he immediately had an associate helping me find the goat feed and dog food I was looking for. The customer service I received was above and beyond expectations. I was so impressed I brought my mom and her dog back to look around later that day. They were so friendly to her and her dog, she loved it and was excited that there is a tractor supply company in Texas where she is moving. I will definitely make the drive to this store over 40 miles from now on and I know my mom will be a customer in Texas as well. 5 star customer service and great prices = my new feed store! Thanks guys! read more

Best customer service I've had in a while ! Very well priced! I do wish the store had more walking room .. it was a little tight but overall great ! read more

I was happy to find they carry a nice selection of wild bird seed, and feeders! I was driving into Fallbrook for my seed, but Tractor Supply carries a really nice selection including black oil and niger in larger bags. They also have a Fruit and Nut mix that the wild Jays just love! and I might mention Dove and Safflower seed. So, now I can just go local to get my seed. The manager is really helpful too! Plus he loaded up my car for me without hesitation. Glad to see this type of store in our neighborhood. If you haven't been in here, at least visit the store and walk through. They have a great clothing section, books on various topics like canning, raising bees, raising chickens etc, great selection of bird feeders, toys for kids, seeds for your garden, pet food, crates, stock tanks for watering or home gardening planters.........oh yea.. and tractor supply stuff. We are heading up there today to pick up a stock tank for gardening and I read about a cleaning product that's only available there so what are you waiting for... give them a visit. Let's keep this store in our neighborhood. read more

This store is kind of out of the way - in the old "ORCHARD" building. I just went in there since I was at the Target next door. What a surprise! They have an outstanding selection of unique merchandise, and a good amount of it is pet oriented. I see things I have not seen anywhere else - and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. If you have someone on your list to buy for and you aren't sure what to get them - stop in here. Allow yourself some extra time for browsing - it's a big, well laid out store - and easy to navigate. read more

If the Murrieta location is any indication how Tractor Supply operates its other stores, then this company is in serious jeopardy. What a poorly run , pathetic excuse for a retail estab lishment. Merchandise assortment was about 85% at best. Dozens of missing price labels. Empty display boxes shrewn all over. Many of these being used as trash cans by customers indicating these are not a recent issue. Messy unkempt aisles, damaged merchandise everywhere. Leaking bags of feed littering the aisles. Empty pallets leaning against piles of plastic trash. The clearance area was a real joke. Nothing priced. A glaring lack of leadership everywhere. Two associates present. I asked one of them about an item I saw ad vertised, and he had ZERO knowledge about its whereabouts, or existance. A cluttered ignored and pathetic location. I realistically expect this horrible excuse for a retail store to be empty quite soon. What a waste of time and money this is to Tractor Supply. We walked out , never to return. Looks like Tractor Supply's foray into Southern California was a huge financial misstep. Note * I heard that the District Manager for this location is a young rude obnoxious boor with absolutely no sense of the customer. It really shows at this location. read more

Went here simply for a bunny cage and food and boy was I surprised. Not only do they have everything you need, but at a great price. So much cheaper than pet smart. Definitely going here again! read more

Everyone knows that Christmas Shopping brings out the best in everyone, We visited Tractor Supply Co for the first time and the Customer Service was Outstanding....Even at Christmas. They have a lot more than Tractor stuff... We bought some De Walt Tools for less than Home Depot and Lowe's sells them, They even had the Boots I've been wanting, We scored a great big John Deer Tractor for Jr. Thank you team for the great service. read more

Great place to shop. Always buy our chicken food there. They have tons of little knic-knacs that go great on our mantle. They have a little bit of everything in the store. I can't wait til they get the baby chicks. Maybe we'll add more to our flock. read more

Me and my mom came there at 11 and we were attempting to buy staples for our staple gun we were told to bring our staple gun and we did when we arrived my mom spoke to Cole he then said he will help us and then turned around and ignored our existence and started helping someone else we couldn't find him in the store after that then we looked for another worker and i had to ask for the cashiers Help because no one else was available to help me then she pointed us in the right direction but she went back to work we were then trying to figure out what staples going to the stable done then we asked for help again because we couldn't figure it out so I went over and asked the same girl for help again and she ignored me I said it multiple times please I need help then we left because we were mad so we called the manager his name was Mike and he gave all nothing but excuses about why his customer service is really really terrible the customer service just terrible don't go there because no one will help you it sucks don't go to tractor supply this store is just nothing but a joke! read more

We went to Lowe's to find some specific supplies needed, which they didn't have (and always nonexistent customer svc there). Went to Tractor supply, and amazing service right away, plus exactly what we needed! They even offered to order a different size of one of the products if we wanted something they didn't have in stock. Love it...we'll be back! :) read more

This is a really nice supply store! Easy access right off of the 215 freeway. The store is always stocked amd clean and the workers are very courteous and knowledgeable! There is one specific young man that works there that is awesome... he knows everything! We look for him when we need help or have questions! He generally wears overalls and has a beard, unfortunately I didn't catch his name! You'll know him when you see him, he is one of the biggest reasons we shop this store! read more

Always exceptional service, always fully stocked. Forget Lowes or Home Depot, I ALWAYS check here before I go anywhere else for needed items, and I've never been in anything remotely resembling a Farm/Tractor store lol. They have pretty much everything you could need for pets, an amazing selection, and a knowledgeable, super friendly staff! read more

Love this store. The people are always friendly and they have the best selection of pet products. Never go anywhere else for my pets.

Very nice selection of products! I make it a point to stop by at least once a month! My rural friends seem to like it too!

This review is regarding their website. I ordered a gift card and 5 days later it still hadn't shipped. I called to cancel the order since their status still said "processing". Even after speaking to a superviser they said they were unable to cancel the order, but would intercept it once it shipped and mail me a check in 2 weeks. I asked for it to be refunded to my credit card but was told that was not possible. Don't count on a gift card as a birthday gift unless you order it several weeks ahead of time. Obviously, they have problems in that department and I will not online shop with them again. read more
