These are small town based locations in regions distant from the large malls. They are independently owned franchises . While they are much smaller than a full size store, they do specialize in tools, major brands of appliances, electronics, exercise equipment, and lawn & garden items by Sears, Roebuck, and Co. stores. This Louisburg location is owner operated along with some employees. Every time I have visited to shop, I have been greeted courteously and helped by either the owner or an employee who is knowledgeable about the products. Questions are answered and products demonstrated. If they do not have what you are searching for, they can order it for you and have it available quickly. I have bought a lawnmower, a lawn tractor, plug aerator, washing machine, shovels, rakes, weed trimmer, garden cultivator, various hand tools and a Craftsman Special edition 80th Anniversary bottle opener. Even the delivery was great and the TWO man crew placed the two sets in my garage. Well worth the 40 mile trip to purchase from them.
