I want to start by saying I really enjoy shopping at this Target location. The store is clean,…read morewell-stocked, and easy to navigate. That said, checkout continues to be a consistent challenge. During my visit this morning (March 21), the self-checkout area was clearly backed up, with several people waiting in line. At the same time, there was only one traditional checkout lane open with a cashier. While there was an employee overseeing self-checkout and helping when issues came up, it didn't appear there was any effort to open an additional staffed lane as the line grew. This seems to be a recurring issue at this location. If staffing limits the number of cashier lanes that can be open, it may be worth expanding the number of self-checkout stations to better handle peak times. Otherwise, adding support at the front end when lines build would go a long way toward improving the overall experience. I enjoy shopping here and will continue to come back, but I hope this is an area that can be improved.

Costco is one of those places I genuinely love. Great prices, quality merchandise, and always…read moresomething new to discover. But like a lot of people, I rarely leave with just what I came for. What starts as a quick trip for a few items somehow turns into a cart full of both "needs" and "well... why not?" I'm convinced part of the problem is the environment. On a Saturday afternoon, it's packed. Between the crowds and the sample stations every few aisles, it almost feels designed to slow you down and tempt you into buying more. So this past Thursday, I tried a different approach. I showed up at 8:00 pm, about 30 minutes before closing. Game changer. It wasn't empty, but compared to a weekend crowd, it felt wide open. No sample stations, no congestion, no navigating carts in every direction. I walked in with a list of five items and was in the checkout line within five minutes. Only two staffed lanes were open, plus self-checkout, but with just one person ahead of me, I stuck with a cashier and was out quickly. And for once, I actually bought only what I came for. If you're trying to avoid the Costco "cart creep," give the late evening run a shot.

I have been to one in at least 22 states, but the cleanliness, layout and organization at this particular location is truly unmatched! You know how every Walmart layout is different and sometimes it can be overwhelming or just impossible to find basic things? Not here, the signs are big and the areas are clearly marked so you know by looking up where to get the things you need. Also, the selection for skincare in this Walmart is top tier! I clearly need to take more pictures and find out who the general manager is so they can be recommended for partner of products for all Walmarts because when I go into any other Walmarts I have this expectation. I am still trying to decide if I even liked Walmart at all until I came to this one LOL! But seriously hats off to all the employees and management that all do their job very well to make this happen.

This location has all the normal amenities of other locations-food, treats, toys, bath stations, etc. I've ordered online and picked up and I've walked in. They have a good selection and fair prices. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to inconsistent service from employees and cleanliness of the store. There is one employee in particular who is extremely rude for no reason every time I go and she's working. I've never had a similar experience with anyone else that works there. The checkout stations are also frequently unmanned and you have to wait or find someone to check out. I've also had the unpleasant experience of getting a bag that had some sort of liquid on it, I'm assuming pee. This location was my primary location but now I normally try to go to the prairie village location.
