My mother and I drove here to obtain straw for her chickens…read more The woman at customer service was not friendly, but not offensive. We get to check out and it's the same older woman, we ask for straw and were suggested wood chips. Nothing wrong with a suggestion but my mother wasn't interested. We pay for the straw only to find out they were out, not a huge deal, the woman refunded the straw. In the same transaction without any input from the buyer rang up two bags of pine wood flakes and handed us back the change for that instead of a straight refund. To reiterate the woman at check out took our money for a product we had not agreed to purchase. After which we returned indoors and worked out a refund and settled on one bag of wood chips. 1/10 would not return

I was searching for a puzzle with ducks, but could not find any. Emil asked if she could help with anything. I had mentioned was looking for a duck puzzle. I had kept looking down other aisles to see if I could find anything associated with ducks. After about five minutes, Emil approached me with a puzzle featuring ducklings. I was amazed this young lady searched for the puzzle and hunted me down. Emil represents what superior customer service stands for and I also give kudos to Management for their training. Will make it a point to shop this Leavenworth Walmart store as my primary.

A quick scramble with Siri lead me to to Trapp and Co where I met Sarah. She was quick to understand both my predicament and help me create an arrangement that was FAR superior to my original one (for a heck of a lot less than I paid another florist). Valentine's Day can often mean a dozen roses and a box of chocolates. At 5:45 PM though, Sarah took the time to ask me about the type of arrangement I would ideally want and crafted this amazing piece. I loved it, my valentine loved it, and we both catch ourselves smiling each time we move past it. Thank you for all your help and we look forward to shopping with you again soon!
