I called and was told that my account was inactive, and I was passed to another associate who informed me that they would no longer groom my pet. We did have a conversation on my last visit, but she did not state that he could not return. I will never go to this store for anything ever again. The grooming staff was pretty rude from the beginning and the groomers lack communication skills. I am not the first person this has happened to, a friend of mine told me the groomer made an executive decision not to groom her dog also.

They only came when it was convenient for them for 15 minutes at a time and were not willing to take my dog's schedule into account. We were having issues with getting them into the building due to my spotty cell service and they were unwilling to work with me on setting regular times when I knew I would have service and be able to let them into the building. Because they couldn't get in, they would leave my dog until noon and go to another appointment and come back. They did not follow instructions which led to my dog, eating toys, bathroom products, plastic, and other objects around the house. It's a miracle that I haven't had to take him to the vet. Overall, they were nice people just not very good at their job. I would recommend finding somewhere else.
