I have been seeing Dr. Brown since 2004. I have had FEW negative experiences there. The one or…read moretwo was simple over booking on their part. BUT, Dr. James Brown is REALLY good at what he does. He performed Lasik surgery on both of my eyes June 2, 2004. My eyes have been awesome since then (well, until I developed cataracts anyway, and he will take care of those when the time comes.). I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Brown. Give him a try.

I wish no stars was an option because no service is what they'll give you…read more I was referred by my optometrist who informed the center I was pregnant and interested in a lasik consult. They made me an appointment and I arrived and was sent away for not being out of contacts for 2 weeks prior to the appointment. I was rescheduled for 2 weeks out and inquired the cancellation policy, as I was pregnant and due soon. I come back two weeks later after being out of contacts for that time. I waited for an hour and then was told I could not be seen for a lasik consult until after pregnancy. There were multiple customer service failures in this scenario. When my referring optometrist sent my info in, why did they even make the first appointment? When I arrived for the first appointment and was sent away, why wasn't I told then that pregnancy would prevent eligibility for a consult? Why was I not sent away before I sat in a waiting room for an hour? Why was my $100 consult fee still charged? This office has no respect for customers time.
