We got there in 8 minutes flat, he took her to the back of the store while he and a manager tried to get my snake free. They had to cut the tree into pieces, but they freed my baby. As they brought her back to me, they gave me all these recommendations to help her heal (she she was pretty tore up from being squeezed and stuck for a few hours), and signs to look out for. While leaving the store, the gentleman ran back out and asked if he could say goodbye to her, and reassured me this happens all the time and she'll be fine with precaution. Once we got back there she pointed out that there was a snake in one of the tanks. I asked if I could hold the snake but then I was not expecting the snake to be the size it was. So once he puts the ticket my way I grab it and tell him "thank you I appreciate it" and he just walks off!!! I asked if they did them there, and was told they do not, but that I could go to Tractor Supply because every 2 weeks an outside company did them there for a reduced price. I went online and made an appointment. Even though I arrived a half an hour early and was 1st in line, I wasn't seen till 27 people came before me. They had made 47 appointments for the same time. Then they forgot my tag. Then when I arrived at Petsense There was a sign stating they used the same outside company to give Rabies shots. ????? Fast forward to my Petsense appointment. I was told by the Manager that the fee was $56 then when I got there it was $67. After a lengthy debate they charged me the original price. But, next time it would be the $67. I got my dog back bleeding above her eye. When I called the Manager back he insinuated that my dog scratched herself. He said they don't use clippers on the face, yet I witnessed the groomer using the clippers on her face.
