Personally, I have had two not great experiences but so many wonderful experiences as well. Things changed after the book came out (movie kinda explains why) and AVC became more large animals with pets being more a "side business". Yes the wait it usually LONG but you have to realize that is the nature of medical. It also says that a lot of people trust them with their fur babies. They have always been a "residency" vet for Texas A&M but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. I have had to go to ERs for animals and had a huge bill for nothing more often than not. Again, it is medical.

Dr. Esposito and his assistant were genuinely caring and compassionate from the moment they walked into our home. Sheldon's passing was exactly what we wanted for him -- gentle and without suffering, and the in-home service made an unbearable day much more bearable. We are forever grateful. This company is owned by Tractor Supply. First I called to get an appointment at Petsense and I was…read moretold I needed current Rabies shot record. I asked if they did them there, and was told they do not, but that I could go to Tractor Supply because every 2 weeks an outside company did them there for a reduced price. I went online and made an appointment. Even though I arrived a half an hour early and was 1st in line, I wasn't seen till 27 people came before me. They had made 47 appointments for the same time. Then they forgot my tag. Then when I arrived at Petsense There was a sign stating they used the same outside company to give Rabies shots. ????? Fast forward to my Petsense appointment. I was told by the Manager that the fee was $56 then when I got there it was $67. After a lengthy debate they charged me the original price. But, next time it would be the $67. I got my dog back bleeding above her eye. When I called the Manager back he insinuated that my dog scratched herself. He said they don't use clippers on the face, yet I witnessed the groomer using the clippers on her face.
