Midtown has nice kennels, treat the dogs well and have a nice outdoor area. I also like that they are right next door to a 24x7 veterinary clinic in case of an emergency. They also let the groomers from next door work with your dog during his/her stay. Love that! It is great to be able to pick your dog up on a Sunday. Others like to charge you for an extra night. But, more importantly, why put your dog through staying an additional night? They do not nickel and dime you to death like one of the others in town. The other charges to give your dog treats, walks, etc. No thank you to the additional charges. Just treat my dog well! This is, in my opinion, the best in Granbury.

Our dog Indy just came home from camp. He has been going to Canine Fitness Camp for the past 7…read moreyears. We utilize their shuttle pickup service or drop off when we need the convenience. The shuttle pulls up, we say to Indy "do you want to go to camp?" He runs to the door jumping up and down and barking. When we open it, he runs out the door and jumps straight into the van....doesn't even look back or wave. LOL! Their Facebook page has lots pictures of the dogs having a great day. They get tons of exercise. Knowing that Indy's not just locked in a kennel all day gives us lots of peace of mind. He's having as much fun at camp as we are on vacation. Scott, Dana and the whole staff are wonderful. My only worry is if he will want to come home!

The team is very interested in my needs and requests and they meet them and then some. I'm a dental hygienist and type A ... and picky. If you are looking for a clean, caring place... this is it! The grounds are beautiful and the pool is a major plus on hot days. Water bowls are everywhere. The price for the services offered are spot on... no hidden costs. Quality care is worth every penny when you send your fur baby. Set up a tour... you won't be disappointed.

Sheldon was not a people cat -- Dave and I were pretty much his entire world -- yet when Dr. Esposito and his assistant arrived, Sheldon was perfectly calm. I don't know if animals sense when they are finally being released from their pain, but I believe with my whole heart that Sheldon did. Dr. Esposito and his assistant were genuinely caring and compassionate from the moment they walked into our home. Sheldon's passing was exactly what we wanted for him -- gentle and without suffering, and the in-home service made an unbearable day much more bearable. We are forever grateful. If you are facing this incredibly hard decision, you could not be in better hands.

Over time Wheeler developed severe allergies. The vets there, Dr. Esposito and Dr. Boeche, have been such wonderful, kind and knowledgeable care givers to our boy. When his allergies (12 of them) needed a specialist they recommended one who has been critical in the quality of life Wheeler has now! Dr. E and Dr. B along with the techs and receptionist always make sure their focus is on Wheeler while we are there. From stepping in the office until we leave - they are supportive and caring and friendly! I highly recommend All Creatures!

I had an experience, and because of that experience I am entitled to an opinion. I can't comment on difference in ownership because I was not a customer of theirs before they sold out. I adopted a dog from our local animal shelter. The fee I paid included her spay, but only certain vets in the area honored the voucher. Hence why I picked MSAH. My first impression was great. The owner sat down on the floor with my pup, loved on her, gave her kisses, etc,. I felt pretty comfortable allowing my pup to receive treatment from this particular vet. I went ahead and scheduled her spay with them. They closed at 6 so I arrived around 540 to pick up my pup. They were already doing closing duties (I get it) but seemed very put out by my arrival time. I had discussed the pick up time before I brought her in just incase I needed to make other arrangements. I was told it wouldn't be an issue. I received my payment receipt from the tech who also went over what not to do. I paid the extra money to have blood work done; however, none of that was addressed with me during our discussion. It was an in and out, as fast as possible situation. When we got home I noticed that my dogs abdomen seemed very irritated and, quite frankly the incision looked like it was made with a butter knife. I kept it cleaned hoping that the only issue we would have was an ugly scar. Sadly, she has now developed dime size blood/pus balls on some parts of the incision. I understand that this could be caused by all sorts of things. I'm not fully blaming the vet, but I do believe they are partly responsible. I personally feel like they treated her as if she was 'chopped liver'. A 'pro-bono surgery' situation, if you will, so why put much time into it?! I make that assessment because they had another surgery that same day. I would have loved to have seen the incision/suture work on that patient. Needless to say I will never make the mistake of taking my animal there again.The staff is also not very polite. I hate to make a blanket statement, considering this doesn't necessarily encompass everyone; but when you work in an establishment, you become grouped together. Not 1800-Pet Meds friendly. The vet refused to fax the prescriptions for me. Which is what 1800 Pet meds require. They would not accept the scans I made of the prescriptions that were printed for me by the staff. I eventually gave up.

They are accommodating, thorough, less expensive than most around. They take their time with exams and just to ask questions about what I observe when I think there is an issue with my boy. They really treat my boy like family. Vet Tech Mindy gave him a bath (not grooming, just making him less muddy and smelly and clipped his nails (he had "Covid nails" too!) They have a second facility - Acton Animal Hospital that Doc Kristina and her husband split their time between. They even have Saturday morning office hours! You will know your pets are getting the best care at either place!

During the first week there Heidi drew a bead on his intelligence and stubborn nature and let us know that he would need a firm but affectionate hand. She did not let him get away with his reluctance to submit even though he was pouty about it. When we picked him up, we were amazed! He followed our commands during our training session and retained much of what he learned. We had to go out of town for a funeral and then a few days later he was neutered, so he had a disruptive week but has gone back to obeying most of his commands. He even stops at doorways though I forget he is supposed to do it. Petey does have a larcenous side and is a stealthy counter surfer. He needs to be watched carefully and we are trying to tame the bandit in him. Otherwise he is delightful and fun to be around We had a house full of company last weekend and Petey did great with everyone, including two boys aged 10 and 12. Everybody fell in love with our sweet, smart, well behaved boy! We are so grateful to Heidi and EJ for giving us our darling, smart and obedient Petey. We give CK9 the highest praise and would recommend them to anyone who wants a well-mannered, well-trained canine companion. Yay!

Each of our three is completely different, and Heidi took the time to understand each of them individually. Rosie needed help with her anxiety, while Charlie and Lola had their own personalities and behaviors to work through. Heidi knew exactly how to approach each one and, just as importantly, taught us how to be better, more confident owners. The difference in our three dogs has been incredible. We have more control, better communication, and a much better understanding of what they need from us. Having three dogs with different personalities isn't always easy, and Heidi gave us practical tools that actually work in everyday life. What I love most is how much Heidi genuinely cares. She doesn't just train your dogs and send them home -- she wants the entire family to succeed. We are SO thankful for Heidi and Complete K-9 Training. If you're looking for a trainer, especially if you have multiple dogs or challenging behaviors, I wouldn't hesitate for a second. Heidi is the BEST! They razor burn my girl so bad in her private parts, that she ended up with an infection. So after paying $80 for grooming, I had $300 in vet bills. Sorry but y'all shouldn't be in business nor allowed to groom dog. Thank God I found a new groomer that cares so much about my girl and does razor burn her. Today was a total desister after dropping him off at 8am, I receive a call at 2pm that my dogs out of control and to come get him ASAP. So I go get him and Mandy the owner comes out and starts raising her voice at me about my dog destroying her property. And I owe them a $100 for a kennel door he bent up. I paid them the $100 but will not be back. And this couple even has a German Short Hair pointer and know how they or and there disposition and temperament.
