Not to mention they are selling mini pigs that supposedly max out at 60lbs, which is 100% a lie period. When I brought this to the attention of the employee she rolled her eyes, was sarcastic and overall rude. As someone who breeds and sells animals selling a mini pig as max 60lbs for 350 dollars is misrepresentation and false advertising. Do better and next time someone corrects you on your incorrect information have the decency to not roll your eyes like a child or better yet hire employees that actually care about the animals you are selling.

I think she has brown hair needs some retraining on how to have good customer service cause she's very rude and it wasn't just me my husband experienced that as well and if you look on other Google reviews, everybody says the same thing so I don't know if she's family and they just won't fire her but yeah y'all need to get with her on her customer service skills. Other than that we loved everybody else and everybody took great care of of our dog.

We have a terrier mix that has had a few issues with her anal glands. Our current veterinarian (the…read morebest in town!) is closed on Saturday and we realized Friday evening that we needed to have her anal glands expressed. We tried this clinic and they wouldn't see her because we didn't bring her shot records. We'd had this done before at a different location with no questions asked. Needless to say, we're on our way now to a clinic that doesn't have that restriction. Would not recommend Granbury Animal Clinic ever.

I told her that but she didn't care, just referred us to an emergency clinic so she wouldn't have to take responsibility. When I called to talk to her after following instructions they gave me she seemed very perturbed on the phone for bothering her. My cat I thought was near death and she didn't care. I did what she suggested we do by the time we got him to emergency he died. He trusted me to take care of him, I thought I was doing right by trusting them. Turns out you can't trust them, I will forever feel awful about letting him down, he was only 7 years old. He died from diabetes which is treatable!! She suspected that but apparently didn't want to treat him. I am heartbroken. All those animals they see they are NOT just a number, they are our best friends. Don't trust them, find someone who actually cares.

They have every right to do so, I cannot argue with that, and I respect that. Unfortunately though, it does limit my thoughts of them as a business, and leads me to giving them only one star ranking as a new business in Dublin Texas who seems like it would be eager to get off the ground and do great things. Hopefully things get better. If enough service is turned away, it may open an eye.

Their fish section is terrible. A lot of illness. They don't even sell the proper supplies for the types of animals they sell. Most of the staff is highly uneducated and can't answer the simplest of questions. They did recently hire a new girl who kind of knows her stuff, but she shouldn't be telling people that a goldfish can live in a bowl without proper space and filtration. Nothing could be further from correct. They don't order any natural scape supplies, just ugly, colorful, for lack of a better term, clown vomit decorations. Even those cost entirely too much. If I am remembering correctly, an old 20 gallon kit had a price of $200+ on it. Go to Granbury and get one for $89.99. It will be newer and you won't waste your money. I, personally, have never taken my dogs to be groomed here. My best friend took her dogs to have their nails clipped, and didn't go back. Sometimes while you shop you can hear them crying, etc. I wouldn't wish this stress on any dog. The owner is rude. She is trying to sell this store and I think that's why it is being run into the ground. She simply doesn't care anymore.

Scheduling and paying are always hassle-free and they even have an app you can use to schedule and track appointments, track your points for their rewards program, give you medication reminders, and let you know when your pet is overdue for things he needs (which I absolutely love!). It really takes the thinking (and forgetting) out of pet ownership. The other thing I love (because it's not this way everywhere) is they are quick to answer any questions you may have, and you never feel like a bother when you ask.
