The building is old and could use an upgrade but I love the setup. Most malls now have several stories and it's no fun but this one is all one level. No annoying elevators, escalators or anything it's great for mall walkers and strolling. The mall is clean and aside from the food court is fun. The food court is quite a joke but it seems they are working on it so I will humor it. As of now it only has 2 terrible Chinese Japanese food places and it's not great. The chick fil a set up away from the food court always has a giant line if that helps. The stores are set up decent and floors are clean and safe. Bathrooms are always clean although you feel like you're in the shining when you go to them. Have fun shopping in the many stores.

Maybe these reviewers belong in a big city Walmart where you better be holding on to your wallet the whole time you're shopping with all those "wonderful" young people who look like they live on the street. The employees stated this was "store policy," but when we respectfully asked to see the policy, the store manager later described it as a "preference" rather than an actual written policy. The conflicting explanations were confusing and made the situation even more frustrating. I understand and support responsible alcohol sales and compliance with age-verification laws. However, if a store is going to deny a legal purchase, customers should be given a clear, consistent explanation and be able to review the policy being enforced. The lack of transparency and inconsistent communication from management left a poor impression. I hope Walmart TRC provides better training and clearer guidance so customers are treated fairly and receive accurate information in the future.

Well we got a cheep one and it was messed up inside of it. So we went back in and talked to who it seems to be the GM name John. He ended up getting another one just like the one I bought and it had the same defect in it. Well he ended up getting one a little bit more expensive and he helped up make sure that it worked. Lisa the cashier was very helpful also. Both people were helpful and very nice. Even though it was about 10 minutes till they closed I didn't feel like I was being rushed out at all.

Writing this review for Walmart Auto Center in Silver City, NM. On 7/3/19 my Lincoln Navigator was…read moredue for an oil change. I checked in at opening time and the mechanic said that it would be done in about 25 minutes. I returned in the alotted time to find out that it could not be done, due to a cross threaded oil pan drain plug installed at my last oil change, at the same Walmart; done by a mechanic that is no longer employed there. The mechanic, on 7/3/19, said he would not remove it unless a department manager was present, and the manager was gone that particular day. Due to a family emergency, the manager was gone for several days. I returned on 7/9/19 and told the mechanic, that I had been talking to, that I really needed to get my oil changed. Yet again, he told me that the manager was still not there, and needed to be present because of the drain plug issue. There was another mechanic, named Antonio, that was listening to conversation. He stepped up and said that he would do the oil change himself, because he knew that I had returned several times. He stated that he would do it without a manager present. I am giving two thumbs up to Antonio for stepping up and resolving the situation. I know that his years of experience is why he had no problem removing the drain plug and making a decision for a quick plug replacement. Thank you again Antonio for your great service! The exterior is so distasteful. The garden center is never open to the parking lot. It just really seems like we are treated like second-class citizens here in Silver City!
