BUT - SERIOUSLY Turquoise Poodle is professional, friendly, reasonable, and they love my dog (which makes me love them). Pam and her team really know what they are doing so my baby always comes out looking pristine. The hardest part for me is scheduling which would be a challenge anywhere because of my calendar and lack of flexibility. But Pam consistently works to help me get my baby groomed and maintained in a timely manner. I appreciate Turquoise Poodle, they have been a part of my life and family for years. I have been here three times. The first time, I got my dog a full groom. The lady did an okay job…read moreand my dog seemed to like her so I decided it was good enough even though they charged a first class price for less than first class service. The second time I asked for nothing more than a bath and they still did some grooming - again not the end of the world. Iggy seemed happy enough so I decided to stick with the place. Made an appointment for grooming 10 days ago. Spoke directly with the groomer who works on Iggy. She confirmed the appointment, gave me an appointment card and I got a text yesterday confirming the appointment again. I get there this morning and they act like they don't know why I am there. The groomer we use was in the back and for no readon she just started yelling - "I was told he's only getting a bath." Mind you - I hadn't said a word so something was off. She just kept screaming - I mentioned I wanted him groomed. She repeated "I was told he's only getting a bath." I don't know who she talking to but the only person she talked to that matters was me - I made the appointment - I asked for grooming. It was clear that she wasn't prepared to do what she promised and I didn't want her to take it out on my dog - which she looks fully capable of doing - so I said never mind I'll take him somewhere else and she muttered something to the effect "Fine then go." I won't be back and I'd caution anyone who values their time to be careful here.

We have used them for more than a year and Leah loves going there to play with her friends. They care for Leah as if she was their own. They pay close attention to my requests for her care and she has never NOT wanted to go there. We are especially grateful when they accommodate last minute changes to our boarding needs. Mis Amigos has proven themselves as loving caring people whose love for animals determine their attitudes and behaviors. Thank you Mis Amigos for all that you do and the extra mile you go to make Leah a happier pet.
