BUT - SERIOUSLY Turquoise Poodle is professional, friendly, reasonable, and they love my dog (which makes me love them). Pam and her team really know what they are doing so my baby always comes out looking pristine. The hardest part for me is scheduling which would be a challenge anywhere because of my calendar and lack of flexibility. But Pam consistently works to help me get my baby groomed and maintained in a timely manner. I appreciate Turquoise Poodle, they have been a part of my life and family for years. Do NOT take your dog here. I received a phone call that my dog came in with a cut. Please note…read morethat my dog is a INSIDE dog and is also a white fur puppy, I would have noticed if he had a cut. He did not go in with a cut, he was cut. I was told they applied an ointment and I needed to keep an eye on it. Next day, I noticed the ointment was off and realized this was NOT just a cut. Do NOT trust your fur baby's with them. I had no idea, my puppies were being ABUSED over here. Very disgust, very disappointed in the lack of care.

We appreciate that Dr. Harvey always gives her honest professional opinions about treatment options. We also like that she incorporates holistic treatments in her practice as well. Just this past November my beagle was attacked by a coyote. Dr. Harvey and her staff were quick to act and treat our dog even though we had no standing appointment. Glad to report that our beagle recovered from her bite wounds and rib injuries and is doing just fine! We wouldn't take our pets to any other vet in El Paso, TX!

I was rushing back, literally within minutes, and called them to alert them. They told me to take her to the emergency vet. I'm sickened by them. They caused her issues and forced me to take her farther because they failed her. They should be ashamed.
