This store has been our supply store since we moved from California to Brookings,OR. Because the drive isn't convenient for us most times and we require so many feed products we almost exclusively use delivery from the Crescent City CA store. Let me tell you the delivery service from Rod and Sheila has been exceptional! I wouldn't be surprised if these two weren't employees of the month if that is an option here. They go out of their way to make sure we get our deliveries on time and they are the kindest most personable people you would ever want to meet or do business with! Wednesday Feb 21st, 2024 Went to tractor supply and went inside to let the employee know and she was rude , pissed off at the world, she told me she was the only one certified to pump propane, then another employee walked up and I asked if he would pump it she said he's not certified, so I asked her if he was trained on the cash register so she can go pump the propane as there were others outback waiting, she rolled her eyes at me and threw her hands in the air and stared at me like I was crazy, never ever go there again. This is a very large Tractor Supply with a pet washing station! I popped in to see if they had a bag of the dog food I usually buy, and while they did not, a friendly employee at the front asked me if I had found everything I was looking for. When I told her that I hadn't, she let me know I could go to the back service counter and order it from them. I declined since I was only in the area for the day, but I appreciated the friendliness and eagerness to meet my needs. read more

I DO NOT recommend you wash your dog here unless you want random dog hair in the brushes your using on your dog. The shampoo and conditioner were completely empty. The dog wash would not drain, the water was flowing out of the dog wash and got my feet completely soaked. They also did not have a collar to hold my dog still while washing or drying him. They definitely don't care to clean this place. read more
