Exceptional Service from Gary at PetSmart - Myrtle Beach, SC…read more I had the pleasure of receiving truly outstanding service from Gary at PetSmart in Myrtle Beach--something I've never experienced at any other location. He took the time to genuinely listen to what I was looking for, looked up the information I needed, and personally guided me in the right direction. His attention to detail and customer care were above and beyond. If I lived closer, this would absolutely be my go-to PetSmart for all my pets' needs. I'll definitely be returning whenever I'm in the area. Thank you, Gary, for making my visit so memorable!

Less than 2 weeks ago we purchased an air compressor from them that quit working a couple of days ago. We tried to return if for AN EXCHANGE, not a refund and they would not take it back. They only offered to send it at to the manufacturer for repair and we were told it would take 4 weeks to get it back. Really? What are my worker's suppose to do in the meantime? We had to buy a new compressor from Lowes just to keep working. We had the receipt in hand to exchange the compressor and was basically shown the door. We will NEVER buy another single thing from them and would caution everyone to shop else where is you want a company to stand behind their product.
