Less than 2 weeks ago we purchased an air compressor from them that quit working a couple of days ago. We tried to return if for AN EXCHANGE, not a refund and they would not take it back. They only offered to send it at to the manufacturer for repair and we were told it would take 4 weeks to get it back. Really? What are my worker's suppose to do in the meantime? We had to buy a new compressor from Lowes just to keep working. We had the receipt in hand to exchange the compressor and was basically shown the door.
